Dans le centre de Niort (Deux-Sèvres), entre les cèdres et un marronnier, une construction atypique « La Kabane ». L’éco-gîte a l’allure de ces cabanes de pêcheurs juchées sur des pilotis ornant le littoral charentais. De la conception architecturale à l’aménagement intérieur, tout est pensé pour le confort de l’hôte. Un style très contemporain : hauteur sous plafond, murs en bois, matières chaleureuses (lainage, parquet…) et poêle à bois apportent une atmosphère apaisante dans « La Kabane ».

Le studio du jardin - 4 pers

Charmant studio situé dans notre jardin, dans le bourg de l’Orbrie (à proximité de l’église) avec accès indépendant par la rue. Le studio est composé d’une grande pièce en rdc avec lit double, kitchenette et espace repas. Vous accédez à un deuxième lit double sur la mezzanine, ainsi qu’à la salle de bain avec baignoire et WC. Attention l’escalier est un peu raide et la mezzanine est basse de plafond. Vous pouvez profiter de la terrasse de notre jardin (qui est partagé avec notre maison).

The Cabin

Logement simple dans un abris en bois de 40 m². Petit havre de paix dans un jardin arboré, sans route à proximité ,entièrement clos de murs en pierres. Idéal pour un moment de tranquillité et simplicité. Je vous restituerais 10€(les 10€ compté en de frais de ménage) via RBNB si vous emmener vos draps. ATTENTION TOILETTES SECHE uniquement. Poêle à bois et chauffage éléctrique. Pas de WIFI. A coté de maraîchage bio. Le ménage sera à faire en partant Au plaisir de vous accueillir!

Welcome to our home! Our 9 m2 wooden, warm and ecological pod chalet offers you a cozy little cocoon in the countryside. Located in a peaceful environment, nestled on the edge of a forest crossed by a stream, it is the perfect place to rest, read a good book or go for a walk. We welcome travelers and hikers as well. Our accommodation is located on the stage of the Way of St. James or the GR364. Eco-friendly outdoor shower and dry toilet.

Cabin - The Beaver

In the center of a small village, 10 min drive to a city (Saint Jean d'Angély), 30 min to Niort and Surgères, 40 min to Saintes, 50 min to La Rochelle and the coast (beach). Come and discover the Beaver's hut, located in the heart of the garden and independent (access, kitchen, bathroom). For one or two people (separable beds). All amenities, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Many additional services (transportation, breakfast, etc...).

Cabin on the banks of the Sèvre

Adossé au Château, le gîte a été aménagé dans la ferme du Domaine, dans un style résolument « campagnard » avec ses murs en pierres apparentes.
