It consists of a living room with dining area and small balcony, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, children's room with two single beds, hallway with stairs and a daylight bathroom with shower. Living room with flat-screen TV, stereo system with CD player, USB, Bluetooth. Modern kitchen: 4-burner ceramic stovetop, convection oven, fridge with small freezer compartment.

Perfect for families, couples & outdoor fans – enjoy nature, be active and live relaxed in a vacation paradise!

Our cozy apartment( (approx. 40 sqm) is located in the beautiful village of Elpe. It has a living-dining area, a bathroom with shower, as well as a bedroom. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Cabinets for wardrobe are present. In the summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal grill ) offers time to relax, or just enjoy the beautiful view. In the village there is the South Tyrolean bakery house with excellent baked goods, as well as the paragliding school Papillon

Arrive, take a deep breath and enjoy nature: The Luminarium is quietly situated on the edge of the forest in the Sauerland region and combines modern architecture with sweeping views over meadows and forests. The large glass façade, fireplace and terrace make the house a special retreat for up to six guests. There is plenty of space for children to play. Chickens, the tomcat Findus and our bee colonies live on the property. The Hennesee and numerous hiking trails are close by.

The apartment is located at 550 meters above sea level, in the heart of the Sauerland. A little paradise, as we call it. Perfect for nature lovers who need a break from everyday stress. For children, we offer an experience with tame sheep, chickens and rabbits that roam freely on the property. Our happy chickens provide you with fresh breakfast eggs in the morning. By arrangement, there are also fresh trout from the fish pond. A small home to feel good and enjoy.

For grilling and cooking, use the outdoor oven. (Spring to fall) The bright house, which is converted into the roof, is decorated with a lot of love. Experience relaxing days surrounded by nature! Hiking and cross-country skiing right outside the door. Pets are welcome upon request. Maximum 1 dog.
