Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Beverly Hills

Our family of 4 had a very nice stay at Jack’s aparment. The apartment was spacious, modern with all possible things you may need. Jack was very nice and helpful. Thank you, we will book our next USA vacation at Jack’s place for sure! :)

This is our second time staying here… everything went perfectly and so seamless. The secured parking, washer and dryer and hospitality made this experience a 10/10. Located in NoHo with endless amounts of things to do in walking distance. Highly recommend🤙🏾

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The place itself was super comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed to feel at home. What really stood out, though, was the service. Robert was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We want to sincerely thank Nills for an amazing stay! The loft was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The only small recommendation would be to bring your own detergent if you plan to do laundry during your stay. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown LA, with everything within walking distance. Nills was an outstanding host, always proactive and maintaining open communication with my partner and me. From guiding us to the unit, to providing a list of great local shops and restaurants, he was always available if we had any questions or needed assistance. Overall, Nills made our experience seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Daisy’s Yeehaw Suite was the perfect spot for my weekend away! I was traveling alone and felt very safe. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen came in handy for my stay. I walked down to Atwater Village every day to get coffee and food and walk the shops. The Farmers Market on Sunday was a cute bonus to staying in the area. Daisy was very responsive when we communicated and incredibly nice. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in LA!

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb! The studio-style apartment was ideal for a solo traveler—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed. Every amenity was thoughtfully included and in great condition, from the basics in the kitchen to the comfortable bed and modern bathroom. One of the best parts was having access to the gym and pool just a few doors down—such a convenient and relaxing bonus. Fred and Luna are incredible hosts—responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure guests have the best experience possible. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. I truly felt cared for throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, this is it. I’ll definitely be booking with Fred and Luna again in the future. It was amazing stay. It was a family vacation and family enjoyed the place thoroughly. Loads of activities at home. When we were too tired to go out after few days of Disney run, family enjoyed at home fully. Game room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, mini golf to name a few. Very responsive hosts. Both of them were right on the messages and barely few minutes before the responses (even around middle of night). Would love to come and stay again.

Our family enjoyed a weekend at Simon's place. We especially loved the yard, the view, the hot tub, and the feeling of peace + privacy. It was a convenient location for all of our stops (Pasadena, Downtown, NoHo, etc.).

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! We were in town for my son who attends LMU and was pleasantly surprised on the close distance. We loved the neighborhood and being at the end of a cul de sac. The sign was a nice and warm welcome to a very nice dining and living area. My favorite area was the backyard. Super spacious, open, clean, inviting, and wonderful place to gather my family. Communication was top notch and when I had questions, they were replied to quickly and I appreciated that very much. Lots of nice check ins with us. My son is now graduated but if I ever have reason to be back, I will!

My family and I recently visited LA for a graduation. We drove from Vancouver, WA early Saturday and I was worried because our arrival time was 11am the check in was at 4pm, fortunately Shawn texted me that check in early was available. When we arrived the Airbnb property was extremely nice. Excellent amenities for a home away from home, the price for the property was excellent because we were going to pay more for a hotel room and wouldn't have the same privacy and amenities as a house. The kitchen was very spacious, clean and had all the essentials for cooking and cleaning. The rooms were spacious and clean, the mattress was confortable and the decorations were of a great taste making us feel more like at home. The back yard was spectacular, we had a great time, The BBQ was ready to use, the kids enjoyed the pool. There is a pergola with tv and a fire-pit that we enjoyed at evening. The market was 5min away and the were plenty of things to do for every age. We loved this property.

This stay was wonderful; just what I was looking for! Bella and Alan were very hospitable and welcoming. Alan personally greeted me and made me feel right at home. The grocery store was so convenient as part of the complex, and the stay was within walking distance or a quick Uber from all of the spots I needed to get to during my visit. Great stay!

Excellent location! Its close to a lot of restaurants and bars whilst being private for down time. Also, Nic is an amazing host.

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
