Ms. Pınar's house was quiet and peaceful due to its location, and it was very successful in terms of design. The house was in the same condition as shown in the photos, it had the same beauty. Everything was very clean and tidy. We were able to meet all our needs related to the place and the environment. As stated, it was very close to everywhere. The fact that it was close to the road and there was noise did not bother us much. Only the pool was smaller than expected.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

İlyas Bey is a wonderful host — his place is in the best part of Kas with the most marvelous view! İlyas was highly responsive, friendly and a magnificent host with lovely recommendations. Stayed there for 8 days, one of the best family holidays that I had. We were 7 people and everyone enjoyed the house, location and the views. Very peaceful and beautiful area, ideal for lazy beach holiday. It has its own beach and to be honest way better than most public beaches in the area, so you don’t have to try and spend money there. Water in the sea is super clean and average temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius. The pool is clean as well, very enjoyable to swim, around 28-30 degrees Celsius, my toddler son enjoyed it too. Serkan is very nice and responsive host, that answered my questions and requests within minutes. The attention to detail, books collections, dvd collections and cozy furniture made it feel like we were in our own summer house; the vibe was amazing. Would go there again sometime in future 100%.

It was a suitable environment for my wife, who is well isolated from the surroundings and is hijab. We felt that the house had a soul. It was thoughtfully arranged and spacious with its garden. The information and photos of Hüseyin gave about the house were exactly right, and there was even more. A place suitable for a nice relaxing holiday. You can order your needs from local markets, but there are a wide variety of things that can be done by taking advantage of the amenities of the Villa and not leaving the house. So it's good to do a nice shopping and go. Because you don't want to waste time constantly in Kaş or Kalkan. The only thing to note is that it will be beneficial to have a private vehicle to arrive at the Villa. Zâten Hüseyin informed us about this as well.

We stayed at Buket's place for a week and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a jacuzzi which you could sit and look at an amazing view of the bay surrounded by snow capped mountains. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed was a little hard for us. Buket communicated very effectively although we didn't meet her, we were fortunate to meet her charming father and her beautiful mother. We both loved Kalkan and hopefully one day we will return to stay at Buket's beautiful apartment.

Great place with an amazing view of the city! Rooms were really clean and Oguz did a great job with check-in and communication. If you like walking to the restaurants and shops, it’s a pretty steep hill to get down to them but manageable. There is also a hiking trail right across the road behind the place which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults for 7 nights in this beautiful apartment with the most amazing view! Easy to communicate and book from Australia and when you walk inside you will immediately notice how clean & comfortable the apartment is. We ate in every night and had all we needed to cook/prepare meals. Washing machine is very useful & you have a big fridge for food & drinks which can be hard to come by in other properties. Adam, Sumeyra's dad was so lovely, happy and friendly, also very caring about our experience. Great location between Kaş and Kalkan and there's a small market about 1km from the apartment that sells bread, drinks, beers and other basics. There is a Migros very close too with reasonable prices. Kaputaş Plaji is 5 mins drive...best of both worlds! We would absolutely stay here again. There are about 15 or so steps to reach the apartment but our 78 and 79yo mothers managed no problem. Fantastic value!!! Thankyou Sumeyra and Adam

Perfect accommodation in every way: - large terrace with a view - super well equipped with EVERYTHING you may need, even what you would never have thought of - quiet location but within walking distance of all amenities (microphones, cafe, restaurants) and at the foot of the large Thursday market. - easy parking - cleanliness I've rarely seen - A/C in the main rooms - a super responsive host, very pleasant and very helpful. in short, recommended +++ Worth 5/5 and its superhost status

everything was as shown in the photo. The host was very interested. We loved that there was something to eat at home. We had a smooth communication. We had a very pleasant holiday. The only problem is that there are no mosquito nets in the house.

Kalkan is a beautiful place! Full of rooftop restaurants and bars all with fabulous service. Marnie apartment is a perfect location. It’s well equipped, extremely comfortable and the terrace is stunning - what a view. The pool is perfect for cooling off. We spent a lot of time on the terrace, took advantage of the bbq and felt completely relaxed. If you’re tall (like my husband) expect to bump your head on the sloping ceiling a few times 😁. We really did have a wonderful holiday and can’t wait to go back!

Lovely comfortable apartment bed especially comfy - everything you could need for a lovely stay

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.

The house itself is beautiful. Nesrin, is a great host with lots of amenities provided. The location is lovely, very central and lots of nice restaurants surrounding it. It is loud outside at night due to the live bands playing in the bar downstairs. They stop around 2am, however, the hosts provided ear buds to help cancel out the noise at night.

It was beautiful in terms of location, there was no parking problem, the markets were within walking distance, the kitchen appliances were all complete. The house was tidy, clean and peaceful. I stayed with my wife and 8-month-old daughter, we enjoyed it very much, I can say that we have accumulated beautiful memories in that house. During our stay, our kitchen gas cylinder ran out, but even though it was a holiday, Mr. Bora took quick action. This issue was important to us because I had to prepare supplementary food for my daughter all the time, so thank you very much. We didn't even need to buy water for the house, he thought of everything, even the carboy. Thank you for providing a pleasant experience. 🙏🏻
