Villa Paolo was perfect – clean, comfortable and ideal for our getaway. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the peace and privacy. We really felt at home. We'd love to come back!

We had an amazing vacation. I can 100% recommend staying there. We booked the villa for 15 people and had plenty of space. The house offers a large kitchen and common area as well as many separate bed and bathrooms. The kitchen is perfect for preparing food for large groups and there are supermarktes nearby to buy groceries. Our highlight however was definitely the outside area including the huge garden, pool and tennis/ soccer court. The hosts and all staff were super friendly and helpful. Communcation before the stay was excellent and in the house there are also great recommendations for daytrips, beaches, places to shopping or food ordering.

What a fantastic find! Andrea toured us in our Airbnb, and he also walked us around his estate that includes: a 500 year old church, a vinyard, a wine cellar. If you want peace and quiet after an all day excursion, this is the place. I even used the washing machine and hung up my clothes to dry. It felt like home in Italy.

The accommodation is very neat and well taken care of, and complete . kitchen gray as new and clean. we 60+ highly recommend this apartment and are very satisfied thanks Patricia.

We were able to book the accommodation with Silvana at very short notice and everything went extremely smoothly. The on-site contact with Sandro was super friendly and always super fast. We loved the tranquility, the large pool, and the fenced garden with our dogs. The only downside is the distance (about 20/25 minutes) to the sea. We definitely recommend the place:)

Had a wonderful stay. The outdoor area is a dream. Here and there something would have to be repaired or replaced and the lake is neither suitable for swimming nor fishing, but the pool made up for all that. Very happy to come back!

Beautifully restored and furnished villa in the Istrian countryside. Magical pool and outside space. Rural but the coast is a pleasant hour walk away and Umag and Novigrad are both close for shopping, restaurants, etc. Friendly and responsive local host. Highly recommended.

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

We had a great stay at Connor's! The house and the garden including pool are great and very suitable to spend a nice time with family and dog. A very nice freely accessible large beach is located north of Porec (Pichlinger Mer/Hawaii Beach). Dogs are also allowed to swim here. The house is very practical and beautifully furnished, a real oasis of well-being. Occasionally, you can hear party guests from other houses. This location is still absolutely recommended!

Marko and Dunja were super friendly and always available. They regularly inquired whether everything was suitable and were on hand with great tips. When we had a problem with a wasp nest, they were on site within 30 minutes and solved it quickly and easily. Thanks to her recommendation, we were able to take a great boat trip. The house was sparkling clean, very well equipped – we lacked nothing. Absolutely recommended hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place! The house is not very clean, which makes you feel comfortable immediately. We particularly liked the quiet environment - ideal for resting and relaxing. The kitchen is excellently equipped – we were able to cook ourselves without any problems and really missed nothing. Another highlight was the pool, which invites you to relax and have fun with the provided air mattresses! A big plus: fly screens are installed everywhere, so you can ventilate in the evening without having to worry about mosquitoes. Communication with the host was super fast, friendly and uncomplicated ☺️ We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place. Thank you for the great time!

Our group was a large group of 9 adults attending an event for the weekend. The rental was perfect for us. This is a beautiful spacious house, It was very well equipped for taking meals at the house and perfectly clean. The location was fantastic, a very short stroll to the beach, close by to mini market and bakery, pharmacy and several restaurants. The hosts were responsive when we needed to ask questions and there were helpful suggestions and notices around the house. I would highly recommend this house.

Luka and his gorgeous villa deserve more than five stars. The home is breathtaking, historical, and renovated with love and respect for the previous generations. Every detail was considered and we only wish we could have stayed longer! The property and location are just stunning and a perfect place to share time with loved ones. Tania Villa was even better than the pictures showed. The villa had plenty of space both inside and out. The location was secluded and with the pool and tennis courts/football pitch, offered plenty of things to do. The host was responsive and accommodated our needs, including being flexible with our check-in requirements. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was perfect! The photos exactly match the reality, including sheets and towels. Everything clean and very comfortable beds. The Prenk host is always super available!
