It is considered a strategic town, a few kilometers from Lugano and numerous tourist attractions (Splash&Spa, Lugano Lake, Mountain Bike excursions, Monte Tamaro, etc.). Close to many services such as: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ATMs, post offices and pharmacies. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main public transport (bus and train) and highway entrances.

The rustic La Tagliata is a lovely Ticino house of about 75 square meters, simply furnished, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 3), ample greenery with a very relaxing surrounding garden. Private parking. Smartworking station both indoors and outdoors with Wi-Fi. For the summer, there is an outdoor dining table, relaxing sun loungers, and a cozy patio. Pets are welcome. In the open living room kitchen/living room there is a kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and a wood stove that warms the room and soul on autumn and winter days. In summer, however, the large terrace is used to the fullest for aperitifs and sun baths.

Located in Neggio, 5 minutes from Magliaso / Agno and 20 minutes from Lugano by car. It boasts a splendid garden overlooking the lake and is located in a very quiet hilly area. Restaurants and supermarkets are 5 minutes by car. The Hygge accommodation offers: double bedroom, parking, bathroom with shower, small breakfast corner, garden, Wi-Fi and TV. The room doesn't have a kitchen. Smoking is allowed outside only.
