The cozy apartment (45 square meters) was renovated in 2024 and can be reached in 5 minutes from the A45 highway connection! Located in the basement of our house, it has a fully equipped kitchen-living room (one sleeping space) with TV and daylight bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The separate bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) offers additional sleeping space for up to two adults. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. REWE is a 2-minute walk away.

Cozy 2-room apartment

The 2-room apartment (45 m²) offers a bedroom (box spring bed 160/200 cm), a living area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen-living room and a shower room. In front of the entrance door, a small seating area invites you to linger. A washer/dryer is available for washing/drying laundry. Hand/kitchen towels and bed linens are available for use. A parking space is easy to find in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The storage of bicycles is possible after consultation.

The apartment is suitable for families, tourists, business people, trade fair visitors and the like. The train station is approx. 10 minutes walk. From there you can get to Friedberg/Gießen or Hanau. From Hanau there are connections by train (ICE, IC, regional trains and S-Bahn) e.g. Frankfurt, Frankfurt Airport and towards Fulda/Kassel.

This small but fine separate apartment offers everything you need. A living room with a large bed, TV, closet, couch, workstation, Wi-Fi connection, etc. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped. Of course, you get fresh towels for the bathroom whenever you ask. A washer and dryer can also be used. In addition, our large garden invites you to relax or barbecue and your own parking space is at your disposal.

Residence in historic villa

Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.
