Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

A very special apartment in a dream location with a view of the Bamberg City Hall, stylishly furnished with antiques. The front building was erected in 1530, and the water side followed in 1640. Originally a half-timbered house that was plastered during the Baroque period in the 17th century. The facade was restored in May 2026 with a lot of love for detail and now shines again in full splendor next to the city hall. The house was purchased by my grandparents in 1968; before that, it was a pharmacy for 200 years.

Our 55 sqm modern apartment is located in the beautiful Steigerwald, in the center of Trabelsdorf, approx. 10 minutes by car from Bamberg. The apartment is centrally located in the center of town with a bus stop in front of the door and is less than a 3-minute walk from the Schlosspark with lake landscape. Below the beer garden there is free parking. The apartment has a stylish living and dining area with a modern fitted kitchen with smart TV and a large bathroom with a rainforest shower.

Bathroom with shower and bathtub. Hallway with cloakroom. The large, natural garden can be used during the stay.

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. Free parking space is available. In the fully equipped kitchenette, there are two plates as well as a microwave with baking function.

Bischberg, a former fishing and rafting village, is located at the gates of Bamberg. It takes ¼ hour by bike to get to the Sandstraße. Cyclists (there are many (bike) hiking trails) can safely park their bikes on our property. Private entrance, small terrace, linens & towels included. Fridge, kettle, dishes & sink available. NO kitchen for cooking. We recommend cafes & restaurants nearby for breakfast & food. Pets ONLY by arrangement.

Outside, you can enjoy your first coffee or wine in the evening in comfort on the large balcony or terrace.

Access via door code - access directly with the courtyard! Perfect for 1 or 2 people!
