We had a great time in the vacation home Fernblick, there was enough space, everything you needed and the view in the distance simply unbeatable! Hiking trails pass directly by the house and there is also a lot of nature and pretty places to discover in the surrounding area. Communication with Sabine was always warm & helpful. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was great, Lucia was very nice and personally on site when we arrived. The house is super quiet and everything was clean, the kitchen had great amenities and everything we needed was there. The only mini small flaw was probably that a bed squeaked from my girlfriend :D Otherwise everything is great, we will be happy to come back and can only recommend the accommodation.

Highly furnished accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. Juliane provided us with information very well and was always easily accessible.

The apartment exactly met our expectations. Bright, quiet and perfect in size. It all worked out. From check-in to departure, it was simply uncomplicated with Jasim.

It was beautiful. Was there with my girlfriend and our 2 dogs, the dogs can play in the garden and you can explore the area from here. Supermarket is min 5. Very quiet and idyllic. In the house there is everything you need, the kitchen is superbly equipped. I'd love to come back :)

We have rarely felt as comfortable as in Alina's apartment! Bowls and dog beds were prepared for our dog and so we all felt very welcome. The property is exceptional with the cozy wood, high ceiling and large glass front. Everything was tip top clean, well maintained and with great details (water bubbly from the line). The large garden was totally beautiful. We hope to come back soon!

We spent a few days with friends in this beautiful, rustic house over Pentecost. It was great! The house is very lovingly furnished with many more things than you would expect from a vacation home. There was a lot to discover. Nothing was missing, everything was very clean. The fireplace provided cozy warmth on these rather cool days. The property is fenced and has a large seating area for barbecues. BBQ and fire pit are also available. The location is quiet and ideal for hiking. There is a restaurant just around the corner. Katerina and Katja were great hosts who were easily accessible and on site for arrival and departure. Thank you very much! Clear recommendation!

The house exactly matches Rebekka's description and it really has a very charming character for us in which we felt very comfortable. We have never experienced the amenities, especially in the kitchen, in any other accommodation. As written in the advertisement, the accommodation is very nice, you wake up in the morning with wonderful birdsong and can leave directly from the house, in different directions for hiking or cycling. The property is in an absolutely peaceful area. There is everything you need and there is a beautiful view. A swimming pond is also available, which is certainly a nice addition to everything in summer. The property is very spacious and beautiful. Communication was also very good and fast.

We came to Bayreuth for two nights because of the festival and a very clean and tastefully furnished apartment was handed over to us, which corresponded to the expectations through the photos. On the beautiful balcony you can have a good breakfast and the area is very quiet, so we could sleep in the summer with the window open. By bus (we were not there by car) you can get to the city in just under twenty minutes. Otherwise, there are parking spaces directly there that can be used. The contact with Bogdan was very friendly and he responded quickly to us with questions/concerns. All in all we highly recommend the stay.

We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

We spent a few wonderful days in the shepherd's wagon over Pentecost. The host Florian was very nice and explained everything important to us at check-in. The accommodation and the grounds (which you have all to yourself, by the way) are beautifully designed and invite you to relax. Unfortunately, the neighbors next door took advantage of the beautiful weather for their gardening, so we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet at the trout pond in the evening hours. Our personal highlight was the great view, where you could watch all kinds of different animals directly from the bed.

The hut is great for hikes and excursions to reservoirs and many activities. Very quiet and right by the forest to go hiking. .In the cabin there is everything you need. Super fenced for our dogs,which gives extra points;-).

We had a great place to stay at cottage Toni! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the magnificent backdrop and sunset in the garden while grilling and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

We were extremely satisfied with our small hiking group in Oliver's house over the 1st May weekend and with our choice. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and there is enough space to enjoy some undisturbed tranquility. In addition to the roles of spending time in the house (sauna, pool, garden), you can also reach many great hiking routes right outside the front door or from the nearby train station. There are also shops in the nearby area, as well as the opportunity to stop. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly knock on Oliver's door again if we come back to the area.

My dog and I were allowed to spend 2.5 wonderful weeks in Marianne's apartment. The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing hiking vacation - the location is perfect as a starting point. In wonderful tranquility, we were able to have breakfast every morning on the balcony and then explore the Fichtel Mountains. Particularly noteworthy, however, is Marianne herself - a very warm host who surprised us every Sunday with a delicious piece of cake. Thank you so much - we had a great time. From the heart all the best and stay healthy and as happy as I was able to get to know you for a long time.

In this individual, tastefully furnished accommodation, you can immediately feel at home. After numerous excursions on foot, by e-bike or by car in the very beautiful and rich surroundings, you can relax in the apartment in the evening. Everything and more was available, which you need in the kitchen and bathroom, incl. Spices, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. An attention to welcome was included. The landlords are always available for a nice conversation, a good recommendation or tips for excursions, etc. We fell in love with Upper Franconia, especially with the friendly Bayreuth with its diverse cultural and gastronomic offerings and the stunning nature around it. The starting point of this apartment is perfect for all activities - or even a peaceful afternoon on the sunny balcony with a delicious Franconian wine. The cottage is super cute and cozy! The tiled stove keeps you cozy and warm even at cooler temperatures. It was so quiet, we slept very restfully. The kitchen and bathroom are also great. The surroundings are very beautiful and great for hiking! The hosts are very straightforward and friendly. Thank you! I'm sure we'll be back:)

Amazing house. Great garden, lounge spaces, bathrooms etc. - everything is very luxurious and high tech. Great location close to town - everything is very walkable. Street parking was easy to find. Very upscale with much character

A very nicely developed container in a beautiful location. I bathed in the pond every day. As already mentioned, there are campsites around the small lake, which are at a pleasant distance from the accommodation. They didn't bother us much, as they were very pleasant camping guests.
