Villa holiday rentals in Bitburg-Prüm

Every year, we travel as a group of 12 men on Ascension Day to a place in Germany and spend 5 days together. We felt very much at home with Ruth. There are plenty of seating options and, what was important to us, a shared table. We were surprised by the gas grill, which was not yet in the description. But we mostly used the fireplace. The sauna is tip top. We would have liked one or two more beer glasses, but that's not a big deal on family trips. All in all, the area offers great hiking opportunities. I would have liked a bakery within walking distance.

Beautiful and special house, and a friendly, quick-response host. We had a few small questions, all of which were resolved within a very short time. Furthermore, equipped with all comforts: two bathrooms, plenty of room to sleep, well-equipped cooking and a garage for - in our case - the bikes. Recommended!

We spent a weekend at the old school for the second time. There was nothing missing, the accommodation is also very nicely located in nature. Communication with Maarten was easy and fast.

We had a great time in this well equipped house and enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, billiard table and ping pong table. We got lucky with the weather and spend most time outside on the large terrace with beautiful views.

We were in the accommodation as a group of 9 friends for a long weekend and were completely satisfied. The apartment met our expectations, was clean and well maintained and the most important things were there. For everything else, shopping is within easy reach. We were very pleased with the layout of the rooms and the detached location of the house. We had few requirements in the place itself, but nice restaurants, cafes and pubs also have to offer Bad Bertrich. In addition, communication with Dennis, the owner of the house, was very pleasant and accommodating. So we can only recommend the place and would come back.

Astrid and Charles's home was a wonderful jumping off place for exploring from Cologne to southern Luxembourg and in between. Their home is tucked into a beautiful hidden residential neighborhood abutting a field. It has a beautiful garden and grill area. There are four spacious bedrooms including two full baths and additional toilets. We felt spoiled to have more than one bath as many spots in Europe only have one. There is also good water pressure (which is another issue in Europe). We also had no problem that the showers were ensuite. There are two toilets that are not ensuite. The home is very clean with a substantial kitchen, large fridge, and great washer. The hosts were very communicative, offering help with recommendations and early check in. We especially loved the village of Theis for dinner. We would definitely recommend this home for a family visiting the region. Thank you!

Sabine's house is actually much nicer and more spacious than on the pictures. We had a great time and communication with Sabine was also very easy and straightforward. Glad to come back!

We had a fantastic weekend with our family! Beautiful, spacious house! Beautiful garden and beautiful view. Very friendly host. We will definitely come back, then longer than a weekend to enjoy more of the area!

With 11 people rented the whole house to visit the wine festival in Cochem. Perfect place and perfect hosts with super quick response and totally uncomplicated communication. Everything worked out super 👍

It is a very big house in a very nice location. The living room is bigger than it looks in the photos. Very nice, I recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay in the very spacious house. The layout with a spacious living room, a dining room with large dining table and a well-equipped kitchen was perfect. All bedrooms were spacious with very good beds. The location of the house is beautiful. Beautiful view of the valley where you saw the deer walking. Beautiful hiking area. We made good use of the hot tub and the pool billiards. The contacts with Jelle were also positive. Always a quick response.

It was all exactly as described. We will be happy to come back.

We have had a great stay over the weekend

Beautiful house in great location, we with our family (3 kids) and all grandpas and grandmas enjoyed. The swimming pool and hot tub are great. It is more beautiful and much larger than in the pictures. Large garden. Located on a dead-end road, it is a great quiet location. Ideal for walking, running or mountain biking, for example. There is plenty to do in the area if you get bored at the house, we had a nice visit to Spa-Fracochamps and the Gillette reservoir.

Very nice house for families, open kitchen (overlooking the garden when the kids play), large living room with terrace access, nice pool. We felt very comfortable, the communication was very good and fast. Note for families with small children: there is a spiral staircase, so you should be vigilant, but otherwise it is no problem. I highly recommend the place!

We enjoyed our stay so much! We were warmly welcomed in a sparkling clean house which smelled delicious, everything was tip top in order and everything was thought of! Bathrobes, towels, shampoo, but also laundry detergent, coffee beans and so on. Pool, saunas and jacuzzi were also very clean and were even cleaned during our stay. In short: fantastic! Great place! We loved the pool and all of the (kid) supplies that were available. The place is very spacious, tidy and well located, with a lot of nice trails nearby. Jean François was very easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. Thanks for everything!

We booked Fabien's house last minute after there were problems with the heating in the house we stayed in first. Fabien responded directly to our booking request and was fortunately flexible with the arrival time. We were warmly welcomed , given a tour and some hiking tips on top . The walk to la Roche au faucons is indeed beautiful . The house is in a quiet location but within walking distance there are plenty of nice places to eat and drink. The house and the garden are ideal for people who want to bring their dog.

We will be happy to come back. The perfect place for a relaxing weekend with friends or family. Super much space and very large rooms.
