The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Both neighboring countries are about 25 minutes by car from this property. You'll love my place because of the very quiet location (remote location) and the beautiful views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
