Great stay in Damian's apartment! The listing matched the description and photos perfectly. The bathroom is very spacious, the beds and sofas comfortable, with sheets and cushions provided. The kitchen was impeccable, nothing was missing: coffee, dishes, utensils, etc. Finally, Damian was always responsive and gave us all the useful information. We will return for our next stay at Phantasialand!

We had a great stay, perfect for our family with kids. The beautiful sounds of nature surrounded us from early morning, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel welcome. The area features nice parks and tree-lined streets that are perfect for walks at any time. There are also REWE and Aldi stores nearby, which are very convenient. The spacious living room was filled with air and light, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook for the entire family easily. Six people slept comfortably in three separate rooms, with beds and mattresses soft enough for a good night's sleep. There was plenty of space to store our clothes and belongings. The property is well located and has quick access to Cologne, whether by train or car. It is especially worth choosing if you visit FantasiaLand. Overall, we highly recommend this place for a family getaway!

A small, bright, friendly furnished, clean apartment in a larger residential complex that I didn't notice at all. The view goes to trees and greenery in front of the window/ balcony and in the evening the sun shines wonderfully on the balcony at this time of year. I arrived quite tense, checked in at night, everything worked great and when I was in the apartment I was able to relax to the maximum immediately. I had two small concerns and Martin responded immediately - so everything tiptop!
