Shopping and bakeries are within walking distance. Parking is available right outside the door. Check-in/out times are specified, yet flexible.

The Würzbacher Weiher is about 800 m away, a bus stop and the train station are nearby. 70 m², large dining/living room with fully equipped fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom with floor-level shower/sink/toilet, bedroom with large double bed, Washing machine.

"When vacation feels like home" Our approx. 40 sqm apartment in cozy Boho style offers everything you need for a short trip or family vacation. The apartment is on the ground floor, has a small separate kitchen and a toilet with large shower. Your sense of well-being is important to us, so we have lovingly furnished and equipped it. Pets are also welcome with us. The Niederwürzbacher Weiher with its cycling and hiking trails is only 50 m away.

The living space is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is the living/kitchen area with wood stove, sofa and wooden table, as well as the small kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and refrigerator. The ground floor living room is adjoined by a wooden terrace with seating. On the lower floor there is also the bathroom with shower and toilet. The spacious bedroom on the upper floor is easily accessible via a wooden staircase.
