Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Blount County

We had a wonderful time. Ramzi was available when we had questions. Very friendly. Cabin was clean and cozy. If you have never driven in hills before be prepared the roads are tight. The lookout by the pool is amazing and also clean. Neighborhood also clean and quiet. Everything was perfect as the pictures showed. One slight thing to update would be the hot tub cover as it looks as if someone or something stood on it and broke it. Still works just fine but it’s collecting water on the top. Thank you for a great vacation. :)

Perfect little cottage!! This exquisite home has so much beauty and detail. Unlike most rental properties, we have everything we could’ve needed-including cleaning supplies, coffee, extra linens and more. Beds were wonderful (which is always a plus). Host was super responsive and accommodating. Back yard perfect for any age. Such a relaxing weekend that felt like home! Would absolutely book again…

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful place. It had everything we needed. The only heads up is the laundry room is in the basement, not a negative for us, but may be a consideration for others. The location was perfectly suited for our needs, close to town, our family, and the mountains. Truly lovely.

We were very happy with Stella's house. It had everything we needed plus more. We only stayed a few days but we hope to be back for a longer stay. It was near restaurants and grocery store for those who want to cook. Starbucks was easy to find. But Stella had coffee makers also.

We all enjoyed the stay. Was perfect for two couples as the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house. The home was clean and quiet. Nice neighborhood. Very convenient location. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. The front drive is steep. After checking in we used the alley to drive in which was easier. Liz was very responsive. Would recommend!

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! We had such a wonderful stay. The place was spotless, exactly as described, and truly felt like a home away from home. Dylan and Suzanne were incredibly responsive and thoughtful hosts, and their hospitality did not go unnoticed. Every detail was well thought out from the comfortable beds to the cozy decor. Loved the Strawberry patch. Wendy was very clear on the instructions and answered all of our questions. Our room was near the river and we enjoyed sitting on the porch by the flowing water. Very peaceful and beautiful. Will definitely be going back again.

I was happy to find this as a last minute booking and it was perfect! So happy I wasn't near the UT traffic when I visited and the rural area reminds me a lot of the area where I'm from! Great place!

They have done an exceptional remodeling job on buildings that have many years on them. Other than the unit, the hosts were also exceptional. Feedback to any questions was truly immediate. How refreshing it was to receive such service.

Very conveniently located within Townsend, which is quaint and has a good selection of restaurants, supermarkets, gas stations, etc. Studio was as described and they provided bathroom and kitchen amenity kits, which were helpful. Would recommend for an affordable but reliable stay when visiting the area!

We have stayed at The Loft before and enjoyed both stays. Love that it is private yet close to the main house if needed, great parking, above garage apt and perfect for couple or small family. Love the beautiful bathroom with a Great shower !! Kitchen has all you need and Karen left us snacks which really helped after a long drive. Bed is very comfortable along with tv and WiFi. Love the porch with coffee in the morning. Watch the birds and bunnies !! We will definitely be back !!!

This stay was everything we needed and more! Tucked away on the peaceful side of the Smokies, the apartment was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We spent our mornings rocking on the deck with coffee overlooking the river, and our evenings around the fire pit under the stars — pure bliss. The pool was crystal clear and a perfect way to cool off after a day of exploring. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and the host is kind and helpful. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home, this is it. Already dreaming of coming back!

This home has everything you need plus more. The decor was fantastic! Cleanliness was top notch. Jeanine also left complimentary snacks and coffee. Such a nice touch! We came in for Father’s Day and my Dad came over and we had plenty of room to hang out inside and outside. We went to Dancing Bear Lodge for dinner which is only 2 miles down the road and it was phenomenal! Great home, great location, great hospitality! I highly recommend! Thank you Jeanine!

We enjoyed staying at Cades Cove condo #250. Liked the amenities, location, and paved walking path access. Shelia was very responsive to questions and communications. Would stay here again.
