From the apartment you have a magnificent view of the three Kaiserberge and nature right on your doorstep. Despite the quiet location, you have a very good connection to the B29 and are only a 10-minute walk from the train station.

Through the beautiful park, the village center can be reached in about 15 minutes. There are doctors, a pharmacy, Rewe, and a gas station. The very well equipped apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible down a flight of stairs with separate entrance. The sunny 3 room apartment has 85 square meters, a balcony with a magnificent view of the Rosenstein. Ideal for business people, fitters or small families, the apartment is conveniently located near the B29. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests.

Lovely and bright apartment in the middle of Heubach in a residential and commercial building. There is an office corner for home office. Monitor (23 inches) and input devices (mouse and keyboard) are provided. From the balcony, there is a magnificent view of the Rosenstein. From this centrally located place you can get to Schwäbisch and Aalen very quickly. Heubach itself has a lot to offer (sights, outdoor pool, indoor pool, Bike the Rock, Altes Sudhaus, ...)

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.
