Our vacation home offers 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 sleeping options. On the ground floor there is a triple room and the spacious bathroom with toilet, underfloor heating, walk-in shower, bathtub, a heated towel rail as well as washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor there is a separate toilet, 2 double rooms, a kitchen with dining table and a round arch to the living room. The living room, with access to the balcony, is equipped with a large couch, a cozy sitting area with reading lamp and a TV.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, and in winter, you can use the Swedish stove in the living room if needed. A separate office with a single bed is available for home office use. A public playground is directly behind the house. The bike path to Lake Constance is right in front of the house.

Die Kinder und die Eltern werden glücklich sein 😃

Unsere Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Ravensburg / Friedrichshafen/ Spieleland und den Kurstädten Bad Saulgau und Aulendorf sowie dem schönen Bodensee. Unsere Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (Kinder ab ca.4 Jahren, da mehrere offene Treppen vorhanden sind) KEINE Haustierunterbringung !!! Für Kleinkinder werden 10€ pro Tag zusätzlich erhoben. Wir haben zwei liebe und zutrauliche Katzen, sowie einen tollen Hund.

Zurich is easily accessible by both car and public transport and can be reached in 15-30 minutes. Beautiful recreational areas such as Lake Pfäffikon and Juckerfarm are in the immediate vicinity. Parking is available on the neighborhood street and for a short time in four visitor parking spaces.

Lake Constance (e.g. Friedrichshafen waterfront) can be reached by car in approx. 20-25 minutes. The apartment is fully equipped, ideal for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and small families. We are happy to welcome you soon.

Mit PV Anlage, Wärmepumpe und kostenloses Laden für E-Auto im Solarmodus. Der Bade- und Saunapark Wonnemar ist nebenan in Laufweite, ca. 200m entfernt. Das Zentrum und die Fussgängerzone von Sonthofen sind ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen, ca 700m. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Tür.

The house is on the outskirts of Kempten. Netto, Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, banks and short distances to the highway and the mountains make the location particularly special. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. Public transport in the immediate vicinity. Alexa app is an advantage. The house is offered as a total accommodation. This means that when renting, I am not personally present.
