On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Optional besteht auch die Möglichkeit ein zweites Schlafzimmer (ebenfalls 1,80 m Doppelbett) gegen Aufpreis anzufragen. Der Zugang zu diesem zweiten Schlafzimmer ist über eine Schiebtür im Wohnzimmer möglich.

Das Bad beinhaltet einen Föhn, Dusche, WC. Wlan und Stellplatz fürs Auto sind inklusive. Die Wohnung ist angedacht für Berufstätige und Wochenendheimfahrer.
