The villa is used exclusively for the accommodation of the persons listed in the reservation. Any parties, celebrations, gatherings, filming, and visits by unregistered persons are strictly prohibited. Discover a unique architectural space with iconic chandeliers by Kenneth Cobonpue, a living tree in the living room, and a private wellness area with a swim spa and sauna (the sauna is available for a fee). Complete privacy and an exceptional stay await you on 350 m², just 10 minutes from the airport.

We offer accommodation in a newly renovated cottage in the heart of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park, located in the picturesque village of Stará Oleška. Its location at the foot of the forest allows you to experience a peaceful rest and relaxation or an active holiday. Hiking or cycling encourages you to discover the beauty of the national park with attractive tourist destinations. Luxury renovated barns with private wellness

A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, immersed in the most authentic Czech countryside. A few steps from the woods, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.

Apartment Dominikánská

The completely newly renovated apartment is located in a historical monument protected Gothic house from the 14th century in the very historic center of Litoměřice. The individuality of the apartment is underlined by the original vaults and the design interior. Nearby you will find restaurants, cafes and a grocery store (30m). The car can be parked in a paid parking lot right next to the apartment, we recommend a longer stay at the bus and train station (500 m) for 10 CZK per day.

Relax by the Stream I 2–3 days to completely unwind

There's no rush here. In the morning, you're awakened by the sound of the stream, and in the evening, by the silence and the stars above the hot tub. In the meantime, you finally have time to slow down, unwind, and be together. Relax u potoka is a romantic wellness accommodation with a whirlpool, swim spa, and sauna, ideal for couples, but with enough comfort for up to 4 people. A place where you can turn off the world for a few days and turn on peace.

Our house is located in a picturesque village in northern Bohemia, near Litoměřice, surrounded by beautiful hills like Košťálov, Hazmburg, and Milešovka. ​The house is conveniently located—30 minutes from Teplice, 10 minutes from Litoměřice, 40 minutes from Most, 1 hour from Dresden, and 1 hour from Prague—making it an ideal base for trips. ​The house is ideal for families or couples looking for a peaceful place to relax.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You can store and wash your bikes, park your car on the property and sit in the shade of a tree. The apartment is located on a separate floor of a family house with its own entrance. You can meet a cat and a dog in the yard, but they don't go into the apartment. Upon agreement, it is possible to expand the range of services.
