Hi. This is studio36. It is cool in summer, without air conditioning. A 20 m2 studio converted in the garage of my house, in a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, warm and quiet, it opens onto a private terrace where you can enjoy your meals in the company of two turtles. The bedroom and office are separate from the kitchen, shower and toilet. The only dwelling in the locality, the Grange de Saint Louis has been rehabilitated and furnished in a bright and comfortable way to accommodate guests in transit or on vacation. Located close to the owners, it benefits from a quiet and green setting, without any vis-à-vis on two hectares of meadows. The barn accommodates up to 5 people (1 bed 140, 1 bed 90 and a sofa bed 140. A second sofa bed can also be used for 2 additional guests)

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Come and discover a home located in the heart of marked trails, hiking lovers will find beautiful walks by the water, 21 km from Futuroscope and 12 km from Poitiers. There is only one rental, private garden in the back + garden by the water. The accommodation is completely independent in a local home. Adapts for 2 people to a family where children can enjoy a large dorm. It can also accommodate a group of 8 people maximum.
