Delightful 2 Bed Riverside Self Catering Caravan

RachelRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We loved every minute of our long weekend. The place was spotless and there was everything you could possibly need in the caravan. We enjoyed a bbq in the decking, it was so peacefully but also shops are accessible just a short drive away. We will defiantly be back as it was the perfect peaceful weekend. The caravan is right on the water just perfect

Teviot Tranquility Hawick

AlanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Very quiet location on a smallish site by the river, lots of nice touches by Favas in the residence, to make it feel homely. Only 10 minute drive from Hawick and it's supermarkets, and easy communication with host.

Stunning detached house set in woodland

AnneRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Had a wonderful stay at Alan’ s place. We loved both the house and the surroundings and felt completely at ease to let the children and dog roam around the woods and grounds. There were plenty of lovely large towels, mugs, plates, cutlery etc. No shortage of kitchen equipment, cooking and storage facilities. Comfortable beds, powerful showers, cosy sofas and plenty of opportunities to play a variety of games, from a massive cupboard full of board games to the well stocked games room. We saw plenty of wildlife including rabbits, deers and birds of prey. The Tesco delivery found us with no problems too!

The Nook Cottage In The Heart Of Northumberland

AndyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Nook Cottage is a beautifully presented cottage with all that’s needed for a short stay. The quality of the cottage is superb and had all we needed. Brynne and John are fantastic hosts; there are excellent guides and notes produced by them in the cottage plus information on activities and attractions throughout the area, including extensive notes on restaurants and local produce shops. We went on numerous walks; the cottage is ideally located for some of the best preserved parts of Hadrian’s wall and so many choices for exploring that part of our history from here. Brynne and John have provided dozens of books in the cottage for leisure reading and information, with their guides and the books one would never be short of inspiration for any activities. We would strongly recommend Nook cottage, a great place to stay.

Cozy and modern flat in the heart of Hawick

IanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Had an excellent 5 night stay. The flat is in a perfect location in a quiet street behind the High street so really convenient for everything. 5 minutes to walk to all shops and restaurants on the High street. 10 minutes walk or a few minutes drive to main supermarkets. Did a variety of walks into the countryside, and around the lovely park from the flat. The flat is comfortable and well furnished, and the kitchen area had everything I needed to prepare meals. Thanks Eleftheria and Leo for hosting an excellent place to stay in Hawick.

country, Linthill cottages

DeborahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Beautiful and comfortable wee cottage with everything you need for a nice stay. The real coal fire was especially welcome in the very rainy Scottish June weather. We had everything we needed. Only comment is you do need transport as it’s a little out of the way. Not a problem for us as we were going to the Motor Show in Lauder. Communication was helpful and very efficient prior to getting there and led us directly to our cottage. Thanks for a lovely stay. We wished we had booked it for longer!! The McBeath family

Birkenside Cottage

RachelRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A very special place. The cottage was lovely, had everything you could need but the garden and location really puts this above any other place we have stayed in. It is so peaceful and perfect for anyone wanting a relaxing break. Our little girl had hours of fun exploring the huge garden and woods, building dens, and playing on the zip wire. Wish we had booked a longer stay as we really didn’t want to leave (ever!)
