The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Welcome to the beautiful "Belle Vue" duplex apartment in our country house villa from 1910! On a spacious 164 m² (2nd floor, spread over 2 floors), a cozy and light-filled home awaits you – ideal for couples, families or groups (2–10 people). All rooms are renovated and lovingly furnished. The apartment is quietly located in the idyllic Wiedtal, surrounded by greenery, but well connected and in the immediate vicinity of many attractions and natural highlights.

The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.

It is well suited for 1-2 people; by arrangement also 3 people (only for short stays).
