The 25 m2 studio, in the basement and very cool in summer, is composed of a bedroom area, a kitchenette, a shower and toilet in the main room. TV present, terrace upstairs. It is conveniently located, 5 minutes from the medieval city of Chauvigny, 25 minutes from the Futuroscope, 30 minutes from Poitiers and Châtellerault, 20 minutes from Civaux and on the Scandiberian Way.

40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).

Welcome to La Biche: a historic house completely restored in 2018 with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nearby: the meadow with its trampoline, bowling green and table tennis and below is access to the Vienne to relax, read and even swim.
