The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Der Gästebereich (1.OG) mit eigenem Bad (1.OG) und Gemeinschaftsküche (EG) befindet sich im Anbau eines ruhig gelegenen Resthofs etwas außerhalb (!!!) von dem Ort Sande am Lippesee, 11 km von Paderborn, günstig nahe der A 33 gelegen. Am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Nice apartment for 4 people

The apartment (approx. 75 square meters) is located on the 1st floor of a detached house (residential area "Auf der Lieth" = near the outskirts of Paderborn on the edge of a nature reserve) and is very quiet. It is 3.7 km to the city center and about 2.3 km to the university (approx. 30 min.) walk. We provide our guests with hand and surface disinfectants for their stay. The bus stop for lines 6 and 9 is 5 minutes = 180 m away. More details under Transportation.

On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Outdoor fans, take note! On our farm we have just the thing for you: A cozy wooden car with a loft bed (1.40 m) and sofa bed (1.20 m) and a shepherd's wagon with a large lying area (2 m x 2.20 m). There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Michelle’s apartment was in a really peaceful location and easily walkable to everything in Paderborn. There was a supermarket close by as well. It was clean and comfortable for our stay with everything that we needed. Easy check-in and very flexible with the time that we arrived. Thank you!

I immediately felt comfortable in the beautiful apartment of Thomas and Anja! The communication was great and I was picked up from the main train station: I thought that was super nice! :) The apartment was very clean and cleaning/ vacuum cleaner was also available if you want to clean in between. Plenty of cooking utensils and pans, etc. I had enough shelves and wall hooks to organize everything (including a big closet!) The location is quiet but super convenient: in 5 min walk there is a shopping mall with supermarkets, drugstore and much more :) Several bus stops are also nearby. Thanks again and see you next time!

Absolutely recommended. Perfect location, very idyllic and yet centrally located. A great, very historic house directly overlooking the cathedral and right on the water. Isabelle was a super hostess. Everything went smoothly and was very pleasant.

We felt at home from the first moment. Gabriele is a very warm, flexible and helpful host. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and has a special charm. Due to the large window front, the apartment is very bright, but very cozy in combination with the furniture. The apartment was fully equipped and we didn't miss anything. We would book the apartment again at any time and recommend it to anyone looking for an Airbnb nearby.

The stay at Antje's horse farm was wonderful. I was there with two dogs, who got along great with the very sweet farm dogs and could run around together in the yard. The room is cozy and comfortable, it lacks nothing. There is a parking lot right outside the door, and you can walk wonderfully in the fields or towards some lakes. The value for money is excellent, and I was allowed to take a few delicious eggs from their own chickens home with me. I'd love to come back!
