El apartamento ha sido una auténtica maravilla. Cómodo, bien ubicado, con plaza de garaje y vistas al río. Nos hemos sentido como si estuviéramos en nuestra casa de vacaciones. Especial mención y agradecimiento a Catherine, que nos recibió antes de la hora fijada y nos dio información muy interesante. Además, estuvo atenta siempre a nuestras preguntas. We recently concluded a 2-month stay in this penthouse apartment and had a generally positive experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the spacious and inviting terrace, which offered a fantastic outdoor space to relax and enjoy the views. Additionally, the availability of private parking and the apartment’s excellent location added much convenience to our visit. However, we did encounter a few issues upon arrival. The house was not completely clean, and we found that the bathtub was broken, which made it impossible for us to take a bath. Additionally, the absence of a curtain in the bathroom meant that water would end up everywhere during showers. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic stay. Despite these drawbacks, we greatly enjoyed our time here.

Super séjour dans ce studio très bien aménagé et très pratique très fonctionnel. Agréable et beaucoup de choses sont accessibles à pied. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour les équipement de la maison.

Tastefully furnished apartment with all the required amenities and located in a sensational part of Bordeaux. Highly recommend it!

On a eu toujours des très bons accueils lors nos voyages à l’étranger mais dans l’appartement d’Alfred c’ était le meilleur accueil qu’on a eu jusqu’à maintenant !!! L’appartement est très bien pensé, fonctionnel , bien équipé , bien placé, tranquille . 15 min à pied du centre-ville. On a beaucoup aimer notre séjour ! Merci !

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and welcoming, on a charming street in historic Bordeaux, just a few blocks walk to the river and surrounded by wonderful cafes, bakeries, and shops. The arrangement of two bedrooms and baths was perfect for two couples traveling together. The kitchen was equipped with a Nespresso machine and tea kettle, as well as cooking equipment. There were fans as well as lovely windows to let in the fresh air. There is a small terrace off the back bedroom; however, it was locked off due to some safety concerns at the time of our stay, so we did not get to enjoy it. That said, we were not at the apartment much so it was really no big inconvenience. Ariele’s communication was great and she left a helpful guide with recommendations, as well as a map of the city which was very helpful being our first time in Bordeaux. We would absolutely stay here again!!
