Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Large windows open up the view of the horse paddock, nature and tranquility included. Up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) can feel at home in approx. 60 m². Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be booked in a relaxed manner, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes on foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Wir vermieten die modern ausgestattete 84m² Dachgeschosswohnung mit 4 Zimmern und 5 Schlafmöglichkeiten (+ 1 Kinderbett) in unserem Haus am Stadtrand der Hansestadt Rostock. Krummendorf ist ein kleines und schön gelegenes Dorf und gehört zur Stadt. Direkt hinter dem Haus beginnen die Oldendorfer Tannen (ein kleines Waldstück) und direkt anschließend die Warnow. Die Stadtmitte und Warnemünde sind schnell zu erreichen. PKW Stellplatz und Grillmöglichkeit (Zelt) sind vorhanden.

Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. The 72m² apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the 2nd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200m from the beach.
