In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also very welcome! There is also a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the lush pastures in the summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. The house itself is fundamentally renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is disabled accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room + living room offers all space for cozy exchange. My apartment is located in an historic building that once housed the old town hall printing works. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the ground floor. A private car parking space is directly at the apartment and also easily accessible via the terrace. By the way, all earnings from airbnb will only be used to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Experience of an at-home feeling in our little house with citygarden. Suitable for one or two persons (5 max.) but also for groups of friends (up to 6 persons). Childfriendly. first breakfast is ready upon arrival. Supermarket nearby is at Meeuwerderweg 96-98 (open until 10 p.m./Sunday 8 p.m.) The B&B does not have its own parking space. Not far and the cheapest option is the Oosterpoort parking garage - street name is Trompsingel 23
