At the same time, you can walk to the various beaches in just a few minutes.

Located on the central village square of the beautiful village of Ilpendam, our large house with a modern and luxuriously furnished studio is on the ground floor. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.

Renovated in 2020 and 2021, it is lovingly furnished with a modern interior mix of different style elements and living classics. Our house is located 500 m from the south bathing beach and yet is not far from the island train station, town center and shopping.
