Cottage on the Hei is located behind our farm on more than a hectare of land, in a protected nature reserve just outside Dwingeloo in Drenthe. A special place, because you literally walk up the heath from our yard. No traffic, no neighbors, no hustle and bustle. The adventure starts on arrival, because in order to reach our cottage you need to drive a little bit over a dirt road. This road is not accessible to traffic. The apartment on the ground floor was completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with new furniture - including a high-quality kitchen. The room concept is extremely flexible. Relax and/ or work remotely (office chair, 24 inch monitor, etc.). The property is on the first line of the sea and is in one of the best locations on Norderney. On approx. 32m² are distributed a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a fold-away bed and a -extendable - 3-seater sofa.

The dune loft is just off the upper beach promenade on Wangerooge beach. The gastronomy, shops and a beautiful golf course are only a few minutes' walk away.
