The house is beautifully centrally located on a quiet park. With a sunny terrace and views over the nature reserve and the water. You can fish from the jetty! Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds give atmosphere and luxury. Spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-pers. Canadian canoe and our 3 bikes are available for rent for a reasonable price.

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

From this ideally located accommodation and 3 km from the house you can undertake all kinds of activities such as cycling, mountain biking, trail running, hiccups, swimming, and shopping in Norg, Roden, Assen, Groningen or Zwolle. There are a number of dining options in Norg to enjoy a nice meal in the evenings. Put on your hiking boots and go spotting wildlife in the wild forests in Drenthe! Enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine on the spacious roof terrace or veranda.

Unique views from your apartment and terraces. The large terraces on three sides of the house are all yours, so you can always find a space in the sun or in the shade. The west side has an amazing view of the IJsselmeer, the other sides have excellent views too. Two small beaches at walking distance. Free Wifi. In high season arrival and departure is only possible on Fridays (exception: June 28th). In low season it's also possible to book periods of minimum 3 days.

Update May 14: Unfortunately, the hot tub is gone. Cozy and comfortable tiny house near the Frisian Lakes, surrounded by horses, storks and free-range chickens. Here you can relax in the new sauna, hiking, cycling, or rent a boat. I'll be happy to tell you my favorite spots in the area. From the nicest restaurants on the water to the most beautiful swimming spots. Sauna and ice bath are not included in the price and are settled separately. Price €25 for 4 hours.

Cozy "Fehnhäuschen" in Störtebeker Land

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! Harưand is located in the middle of the Weser. The cottage is located at the southern end of the island and can be easily reached via a bridge. To get to the beach, only the island road has to be crossed. At low tide, there is the possibility of extensive hikes such as the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. On the island there is a beach with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping 6-8 km away.
