In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. Quiet and light-flooded 2-room basement apartment in Alfter Impekoven. Alfter impresses with its quiet location between Cologne and Bonn in the beautiful foothills. You can walk to the train station in 10 minutes and from there you are within 10 minutes of downtown Bonn. 5 minutes' walk behind the house begins the beautiful Kottenforst and invites you to hikes and bike tours.

Small cottage for max. 2 people

The cottage independent of our house (we live right next door) consists of two rooms and a bathroom. In the living room there is also a small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, dishes, coffee machine (Senseo), microwave, etc. The bed in the bedroom is 160x200. The shower room is a connection between the two rooms. One parking space is right in front of the cottage.
