Perfect location for our family to visit Bellevue and Seattle. Host was communicative and responsive to requests. Comfortable stay.

The location is great. The parking was very handy. Everything was very clean and up-to-date. We will definitely come back here.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! It has stunning views of both Mt. Rainer and the city. Nice privacy in a quiet part of town, but only a short 20 min drive into downtown Seattle. The owners were also super friendly and attentive!

Great place to stay!

Rick’s place in Seattle was the best place to be at. A scooter ride away from all the best restaurants and coffee shops. Loved every second of it and highly recommend it to anyone visiting! Will be back on our next trip to Seattle. Thank you Rick.

Amazing location around the block from Pike's Place Market and right in the middle of downtown. Beautiful apt. with a ton of amenities and the convenience of a Target in the building. Host was very proactive and communicated with us regularly with helpful tips and great instructions. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Seattle.

We had to book a place downtown for a family emergency. Kartik provided a clean, beautiful, cozy home. Our 9 + 12 yr old loved the Nintendo switch. We were able to access everything we love about Seattle via free shuttle, ferry, and electric scooter/bikes. As previous locals, we really enjoyed nostalgia and the remodel of Alaskan way. We loved Anthony's, Ivar's, 3 sisters, bagel bop, and bought lots of groceries from pikes market (fruit, veggies, pasta, seafood). (avoid great state burger). By the end of our stay the farmers knew us at the market! also, stop into kitchen + market for some great drinks and pre-made meals. thank you again for your hospitality!

Jenn's apartment is the ideal place to spend a great vacation, relax and enjoy. She is approachable and friendly. The view from the balcony and the master room is spectacular.

We loved being near the city, but still tucked away in the trees. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot, so we weren't always scrambling around looking for one. It was close to the Univ of WA campus (where we were touring with our teen daughter) and also close to downtown for restaurants and other sight-seeing. Our teen loved the loft bedroom, and we loved having the downstairs master bedroom. Living room was a comfy place to relax after a long day, and we played some of the provided board games and watched movies. Great location... with a nice view of the water and bridge.

This was a great place to stay. Centrally located with easy access to Pike Place and pier activities. It had two bedrooms and a great communal space. It was fairly quiet despite being in a popular area and we had no issues with noise from the street. We especially enjoyed watching the harbor activity. Anything we could think of needing was present. Thanks for an enjoyable weekend!

We are a family of four who spent eight fantastic nights at this property, and we absolutely loved it. Everything was exactly as described, and the location near SeaTac Airport was incredibly convenient for our early morning and late-night flights. It was also easy to explore both Seattle and Bellevue from here. The apartment complex is peaceful and well-maintained, with several pools. Cole and Ella provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions, and the Wi-Fi connection was flawless. I highly recommend this place without hesitation!

I can't say enough good about the views and the location of this condo. We were fortunate enough to have clear and dry weather for the majority of our visit and the views of the Olympics and Mt. Ranier were spectacular! The concierge was always friendly and available for recommendations, etc. The parking garage feels secure and the proximity to basic groceries/goods could not be more convenient! Wonderful place to stay!

This condo was cute and spacious for 6 people. the pull-out couch was extremely comfortable and the patio was an added bonus for such a nice day in Seattle.

Pleasant bright space centrally located. It’s downtown Seattle — short walk to waterfront, Pike Place, Space Needle and restaurants. Very central. The only caveat is the an availability of groceries is limited. Fresh produce and seafood available at Pike Place and limited items at the convenience market. A great many and a great variety of restaurants within a few minutes walk. We did feel safe in the neighbourhood.

Highly recommend staying here if you are wanting to explore all over Seattle and what it has to offer. Love that I can walk to many restaurants and even the space needle without having to drive!

Second stay here, will continue to be my go to place when staying in Woodinville area.

The condo is in a great location. Walkable to eateries, parks, marina, shopping and spa treatments. We felt safe to come and go with ease. The area is generally quiet as is the unit at most times of the day. The hosts are very nice, easy to reach and commutative, check in was a breeze as was the check out process.

It's a great place to live and enjoy Seattle! I lived in many Airbnb places in Seattle, and it is one of the best places in Seattle, I would say.
