Very pleasant accommodation in a quiet part of Mittersill on the floor of a family house with a separate entrance. The hostess actively communicated with us, provided us with the SommerCard and prepared clean and nice accommodation.

Stefan's accommodation is definitely worth 5 stars, everything is very high quality and tastefully furnished. There's really nothing missing. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. A highlight of the apartment is its own sauna, the tranquility and the privacy. Stefan and Sonja are very likeable, helpful and friendly hosts. We can definitely recommend the accommodations. The accommodation was really very nice and although we were four adults and a toddler, we all had more than enough space. The view was amazing, the furnishings high quality. There was nothing missing. Everything was very clean. Can only recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Zell am See. The place was very spacious and spotlessly clean, which made it perfect for me and my family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washing machine was a huge plus, especially since I was traveling with small children. The location is excellent – right across the street from a Billa supermarket, which made grocery shopping super convenient. The apartment is also well-situated for exploring the area. Kate, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. She always replied quickly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, which might be a bit challenging for families with strollers or people with mobility issues. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Stefanie’s apartment in Austria, and I can honestly say it was the best experience ever. I cannot thank her enough for her incredible hospitality, generosity, and the care she put into every detail of the place. The apartment felt like home ، spacious, comfortable, and full of warmth. The stay at Katharina's beautiful apartment was very relaxing. From here, we were able to easily reach all the activities we had planned for the vacation, but it was also nicely quiet and outside the holiday centers. Katharina herself and all other residents of the house were very friendly and welcomed us warmly. Katharina herself gave us a number of recommendations for numerous excursion destinations. All in all highly recommended place with a great view! We'd love to come back.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very modernly furnished. We felt very comfortable, the landlords live in the same house and are therefore quickly accessible. They also checked with us to see if everything was okay. For 3 people completely sufficient. Apartment larger than you can imagine from the pictures.

Very nice host and great accommodation. We were there for skiing in February and it really had everything you needed. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. You have everything you need nearby. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Regina was extremely welcoming during our stay, we felt very comfortable there. Everything was straight forward, excellent facilities and absolutely beautiful apartment with a spectacular view among the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and one that provides everything you need to be comfortable. Even despite the language barrier, Regina was extremely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit her place again one day!

Had a lovely time at Apartments Shema. The place was clean and felt very welcoming even better than the photos. The check-in process was easy, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect spot to unwind. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area!

The apartment is very cozy and well-equipped. The location is also very good, there are really many great excursion destinations in the area, restaurants and supermarkets are also available. Communication with Belvilla as well as the landlords on site was great and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable all around and would be happy to come back.

Better than I was expected!

The apartment is super, very modern and high-quality furnished, very clean and well maintained. The location is great, in a few minutes' walk you can reach the ski lift, restaurants and supermarket. The mediation by Ria Belvilla worked out smoothly, especially we would like to highlight the super nice hostess Kathrin, who warmly welcomed and looked after us on site. Thank you!

Everything was great!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and whirlpool can be used at any time. Communication was also problem-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Sky apartment. Check-in was super easy and we felt right at home. Upon arrival, we were surprised with a card, sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine. The highlight was of course the hot tub on the balcony with beautiful views.
