The covered terrace invites you to rest, eat or work in the garden, come rain or sunshine. In colder weather you can heat the Nordpeis wood-burning stove and enjoy the glow and warmth of the fire. For those for whom the 2000 sq m garden is not enough - the edge of the Huy forest is 100 meters from the property. In the evening, you can gaze at the stars as you fall asleep.

Wir sind eine freundliche Familie und vermieten hier unsere 60qm Ferienwohnung für max.4 Personen. Die Wohnung liegt im Untergeschoss unseres 2 Familienhauses! Ortsübliche Kurtaxe ist vor Ort zusätzlich zu entrichten!!! Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Wald (mit Waldspielplatz) mit Zugängen zu Wander- und Mountainbike-Wegen! Im schönen Lautenthal finden Sie viele Wandermöglichkeiten, hervorragende Radwege und Mountainbike Trails. Für Biker ist Lautenthal ein prima Start in den kurvenreichen Harz!

Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Als Kontrast zur historischen Holzfassade haben wir die Einrichtung modern und gemütlich gestaltet. Unsere FeWo 1 liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse. Gartenmöbel mit eigenem Sitzbereich und Grillmöglichkeit laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Ausblick zum Schloß und das Ilsetal sind malerisch.
