Holiday rentals with beach access in Braunton

I loved staying here and can't wait to come back. I came here for some R&R and the spot here is beautiful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very friendly hosts who respected your privacy. The secret garden was a bonus too!

A very nice flat with fantastic seaviews. Has everything that you need and the communication with the host was always exemplary.

Aisling was an amazing host. Answered any queries in a very friendly and efficient manner. Accommodation was very clean,had everything we needed. Great location,short walk to beach etc. Parking very useful. Would highly recommend. 🙂

Leilas appartment has a lovely view of the harbour. The walk down is fairly steep so consequently so is the walk back. It’s a good central point for checking out North Devon.

Fantastic little spot, 5 mins walk to the harbour 10mins to the center of town. Views were stunning and the photo's and description didn't really do it justice, better than we expected. Perfect spot to explore the North Coast.

The view from the apartment was worth it. Whilst the weather was rubbish and Westward Ho!… a tad underwhelming. Sitting and watching the sea at the end of a day was so beautiful even on a blustery rainy day.

Beautfiul apartment in a lovely location. Perfect spot for a few days away with everything you could need within walking distance. Appledore is a lovely place and the apartment made the stay very enjoyable. Great host and very responsive. Will definitely be returning again!

We had a lovely stay at the loft. It was just as described. Beautiful and comfortable. A great little place for a few days away. The little local beach was fab and you’re only a short drive away from lots more things to see and do.

What an amazing stay in Croyde. The house was fantastic ❤️ so lovely!! The location is amazing , so close to everything and Croyde Village is great… small but everything you need for a lovely holiday. Would highly recommend x

Lovely location! Richard was proactive in letting us know we could check in early if we wished and even offered us extra nights and late checkout when he had a last minute cancellation. Quiet and peaceful location for us to explore the area. The bed and bedding were the comfiest of any Airbnb we have stayed in! Handy features like a drying room, storage cupboard with coat hooks, outdoor shower and furniture. Parking pass for Putsborough beach car park was really useful for exploring too! Very dog friendly with high, secure fencing and outdoor shower.

Southerly is a beautiful house, with great dog safe grounds and everything you could possibly need for a stress free stay. The beds are really comfortable and the linen is fresh and clean. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The living areas are large and uncrowded with comfortable sofas and an enormous dining table. It is the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in an Airbnb property! The garden was attractive and well furnished with loungers, table and chairs, bbq and sofa and table. Janice and Leigh were welcoming hosts who always responded promptly to any queries from the moment we booked until the moment we left the house. The recent acquisition of an EV charger was the ultimate accessory! Thank you Janice and Leigh.

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . Eddie’s by the sea is the perfect get away! Lovely decor and very clean. What a great location by the sea. Shaun and Mel were great in terms of communication and they had thought of everything you need whilst away. Lovely high power shower and the fudge on arrival was a nice touch too. Cute little place, perfect for days at Saunton and chilled evenings. Great foot paths out the back too for exploring. Would definitely stay again 👍

Pure magic We had a brilliant time at Nethercott. The barn has been very well modernised, with everything you could possible want. The location is utterly delightful, peaceful and seems cut off from the world. The beaches are a short drive away and Braunton is well provided with shops. Breakfast on the patio in the sunshine, watching the buzzards above, was a joy. Highly recommended.

The apartment was clean, modern, peaceful and well situated. Kirsten left a very handy information pack and we had everything we needed for our stay, so we didn’t need to bother the hosts. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, the kitchen well equipped, and the living area light, bright and with a nice view across the trees of the garden. Having driveway parking was a real bonus, and Lidl supermarket was just 3 minutes walk round the corner. A great place to stay!

Great place to stay, 2nd time for us, great views and 5 mins walk to centre and beach, apartment is lovely, everything you need and very clean and comfortable, we have dogs so it’s great there is a porch to clean them off and also a bit of outside space for them in the morning, will definitely book here again.

This was our third time staying here. It’s a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and in a great location. Paul and Wendy are very friendly and helpful hosts. We love coming here to relax and walk. We can safely park up the car on the drive and not have to use it again until we leave, as there are lots of nice places to visit on foot, good restaurants and cafes.

Emma’s description of The Snug is spot on and her communication was excellent. A slightly unprepossessing exterior belies a very comfortable and cosy apartment. It’s very well equipped with some very thoughtful touches and it had everything we needed for a short stay and was spotless clean. We met the neighbours who were very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.

Emily’s apartment is really comfy and more than covers all the bases. It was clean, light and well equipped. Emily sets you up with tea, milk etc. Easy parking and handy for the beaches and lovely walks. We slept well and found it an easy, attractive and generally great base for our stay. Communication with Emily was excellent. Thankyou.

Lovely place in the centre or the small town, easy to get to anything you need. Cosy place that you feel at home right away!

The apartment was fabulous, a real luxurious feel with the biggest bedroom that we have ever had and an amazing ensuite with a shower to die for. The kitchen area in the dining/lounge room had everything that we needed to cook simple meals as a change from restaurants. It was a great base to explore the local area and remote bays. Having an allocated parking bay was great knowing that you had a reserved slot after a day's sightseeing.
