Lovely sunny outside patio area where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine . Just a few minutes walk to pubs The Kings Arms and The Rock Inn , both serving excellent food. The magnificent Putsborough beach is just 5 minutes by car, Croyde is 2 miles away, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are all nearby as is The Southwest Coast Path.

Instow - private annex near Tarka Trail & Beach

This private annex is situated on a quiet road, ten minutes walk to the Tarka Trail/South West Coastal Path, beach and pubs at Instow. A great location for access to nearby popular spots including Westward Ho!, Croyde, Woolacombe and many more. Benefiting from a spacious wet room and small kitchenette, there is a good sized bedroom with king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and tv. The annex has its own private access and off road-parking. Kindly note the garden is not for guest use.

The Tarka Suite

We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

A purposely developed 1 double bed self-contained studio, part of a period thatched cottage located in the centre of the village of Georgeham. The village has two great pubs and the Putsborough, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe braches are only a short distance away. This is a newly decorated, spacious, clean, modern room with its own private entrance through patio doors. A luxurious double bed, wall mounted smart TV and plenty of drawers and hanging space, coupled with a comfortable sitting area including 2 chairs, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge make this an ideal base for your visit to North Devon. A large en-suite wet room adds to the relaxed and quiet atmosphere of ‘Rue Paul Bert’ which is close to the centre of the village.
