It’s found in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac within a stone’s throw of Braunton town centre and only a short drive to the stunning beaches of Saunton Sands, Croyde and Ilfracombe. The property has 3 bedrooms and it’s own private garden. Parking is free and available on the street. The key will be in a key safe allowing fully flexible arrival time after 3pm. No large single sex groups. Families and couples only.

It is a 10 minute walk from The Tarka Trail with traffic free cycling, walking and running alongside the river. The trail connects to the market town of Barnstaple and the village of Braunton with its surf shops and cafes. The Heanton Court Inn is within walking distance along the trail. Saunton Sands beach is only a 15 minute drive with its three and half miles of golden sands and surf.
