Williams house was perfect for us. It was clean, had everything you needed and was spacious. The location was perfect, two main beaches were within ten minute drive. Braunton had lots of nice places to eat and things to do. William had a great welcome pack with all their recommendations in which was super useful. Parking was over the road and we managed to get two cars parked every day! We had a really nice week, thank you!

A Wonderful Stay in Barnstaple! We had such a lovely time staying at this charming 3-bedroom house in Barnstaple! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Each bedroom was cozy and well-presented, and the living area felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals, and the garden was a lovely bonus. The neighborhood close enought to shops & highstreet - 10 minute walk away. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, with great communication from start to finish. You can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel at ease here. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Barnstaple. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very clean, spacious & well equipped. Loved the comfy beds & pillows. The back garden is a fabulous sun trap. Right in the centre of Braunton; loved being a minutes walk from shops, restaurants & bars. The app is a brilliant idea - great to have all of the information about the property & area all in one place. Our cocker spaniel also loved it! Would definitely stay again.

Having grown up in the area, Kennel Farm is the place we choose to come back for our family holiday every year. We love the house and surroundings. Excellent location and Tanya is a perfect host. Highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful week at Jon’s place and absolutely fell in love with it and the area!!! Jon communicated brilliantly with us throughout our stay and we felt help and advice was on hand if we needed it! Us and the dog settled in immediately and we felt it was like home from home from the start! The cottage is extremely spacious and very comfortable. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the beds were extremely comfortable! Gorgeous gardens too! For me it was the kitchen! We didn’t want to eat out as we do enough of that in London so to have a fully kitted out kitchen was fantastic! They have thought about everything!!! It was so peaceful in the cottage - the dog hardly barked the whole week! I walked quite a bit and the stunning putsborough beach was a lovely walk (less than 10mins)or if I’d prefer less than 3 minute drive where the dog had endless hours of fun! It is dog friendly all year! I cannot recommend jons place enough! It was utter perfection!

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

Hannah and Heath were absolute stars! Can you imagine our embarrassment at turning up a day earlier than we had booked for?! Hannah and Heath came down to their lovely cottage and got it all prepared at speed for us! So kind and incredibly generous considering our blunder. The cottage was well furnished, very clean, and had all mod cons. There were very thoughtful additions of fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and some yummy chocolate treats. We were very comfortable there. The setting is absolutley beautiful and we were told that we could exercise our dog in the field behind the cottage. That was set out with a very large Children's Activity Centre that you might find in a play park. You could access the Tarka Trail via their land, which was great as we did some long walks along it, and stopped for refreshments at the Puffing Billy Cafe. We loved the cottage, it was everything and more! We would certainly like to return again for another stay and explore the area in more depth.

This place was perfect, we stayed here in May 2025 for 3 nights before our wedding with our 4 year old and 2 year old and our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer! Pollyanna offered us an early check in as soon as it was ready and greeted us upon arrival. She sent lots of recommendations when we booked which was very helpful too. It’s completely private, perfect location, situated on a farm in the country side, lots of wildlife to look out for whilst relaxing in the garden having a bbq or using the hot tub. It’s safe and secure for young children to play and there is a beautiful private lake just through the gate with a boat, paddle boards and a summer house with a ping pong table. It’s very nicely furnished inside, well equipped, easy parking, bathrooms and showers are great and we found the beds very comfortable. It was a pleasure to meet both Ian and Pollyanna who wished us well on our wedding day. We hope to come back again someday soon!

Really lovey apartment, very accessible and easy to find. We had a lovely week there and was really comfortable on the rainy days when we weren’t out exploring and hiking in the local areas.

If I had an issue or question the phone numbers provided were very responsive. Lovely house. Big and spacious. Great views from ours. Nice warm temperature inside. The hot tub might not be hot on the first day of book in though.

What a wonderful stay we had at Longlands. Both Sarah & Bee made us very welcome on arrival & explained all we needed to know about the treehouse & the 2 stoves. They even presented my son with a bottle of bubbly to enjoy in the hot tub as it was his birthday. We had a great time & really enjoyed the luxury glamping. It was fun ensuring the stove was stoked up every day for hot water & showers. Longlands is such a peaceful setting & the sunset & views from the BBQ area were amazing. We loved it so much that we will definitely book in again but for longer next time!

We loved our trip to Goodleigh. The farm was beautiful, the stables were beautiful - the hot tub was a real treat. The kids loved the rope swing and we played many of the games. The place was just beautiful, the decor, location and comfy beds were perfect for our week away. We visited some lovely beaches (30 min drive tops), Combe Martin and Lynton/ Lynmouth were favourites of ours. We visited a recommended pub - The Black Venus Inn was amazing, food was great. A perfect week and would 100% recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Barn, superbly located for exploring the North Devon coastline and Exmoor National Park. Lisa was always on hand to respond to any queries and the accommodation itself was immaculate and well-equipped! We would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back ourselves!

Epic views and surroundings at The North Hill Cottages. The friendly host family has an amazing spot the perfectly situated property lifts you high above the world to a place of tranquil peace and beauty. The cottage was perfect for us and the property offered as much or as little as we wanted to do. The hosts were responsive and available, the other guests were respectable and friendly as well. Highly recommended!

Fantastic location to explore from. Just a very short drive from Woolacombe but lovely and peaceful. Well equipped cottage and maintained to a high standard. The dog had a great time bounding through the hills and the kids didn’t argue too much about who got the top bunk!

Absolutely beautiful place exceptionally clean and kept to very high standards. Very well equip everything you could need. Gardens and decking clean and tidy. Great for our dog big enclosed safe garden. Would definitely recommend. Will be back.

Cracking little find and something different with an upside down house . House was lovely and clean and for the first time staying in Croyde, we had water pressure for the shower .YAH THUMBS UP FROM THE TEENAGER .BIG WOOF Caroline and Richard were very response hosts and very kind. Was nice being away from the noise of the thatch and being a noisey neighbour looking at people in the camp site. back in Croyde In 3 weeks ,so let's see if it's free again. BIg woof from my dog,as even had bunnies In the garden to chase.

Lovely cottage perfect for families. Kids and adults felt right at home! Excellent location, close to the beach and right in the centre of the pubs and shops. Host was responsive and very accommodating!

Fourth time at the cottage and have booked a fifth time next year. The cottage is great for the 3 of us, just a few mins walk from the centre of the village which is great. Locals are really nice and welcoming. The newly refurbished courtyard is stunning and a great place to unwind, catch the end of day rays after a long day at the lovely beaches near by. Meg is a great host and has always been extremely helpful and will do all she can to ensure our experience at the cottage is a great one. We love it here and would highly recommend staying at the cottage.

Lovely cottage in lovely surroundings. Lots of thoughtful touches and a homely feel. The garden was great, our dog really enjoyed playing and running around and great that it was fenced in. Really close to the beach and lovely town of Braunton. If we didn't have my mum and the dog with us we would definitely have walked there (there's no pavement for a section of the way and didn't want to risk it with the dog). With half an hour of lots of other places to visit, we went to Barnstaple and walked part of the tarka trail and into Lynton and Lynmouth for a day trip.

Absolutely fantastic little gem! Had our first holiday with the dog and we loved it! Enough space for the 3 of us for 2 days, the garden was stunning to explore & it was secluded and quiet! Was lovely to meet Mike’s dog & the cows next door came to say hello also. Wonderful little touches such as the chocolate on pillows, the ham, cheese, jam, milk & orange juice alongside the pasties just shows you don’t need to bring your own! Well thought out and such a relaxing weekend away! Defo would visit again!

A wonderful, peaceful setting, for those that like to cook, wash etc, all the equipment, utensils are provided if you want them. Going out to eat in Instow was good. Definitely 5 star place.
