Small Paradise above the Walensee

Guests have a separate apartment with their own kitchen, bath and living room but they share the same entrance to the house with the owner. All the surroundings of the house can be used by the guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric stove, cooking utilities (inclusive herbs, vinegar and oil) cutlery and tableware. Food needs to be brought by the guests. The nearest store is a 30min drive away. A Fondue-Set is available upon request. There is also a Nespresso machine inclusive capsuls and an open fire place right next to the house. The main bedroom includes a double bed (1.40m) and there is another separate room with a single bed, inclusive bedding. The bathroom comes with towels, shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer.

In the beautiful, mostly fog-free Ybrig and the surrounding area, you will find everything to enjoy your vacation, e.g. skiing in the nearby Hoch-Ybrig and Oberiberg ski resort, cross-country skiing in the neighboring village of Studen-Unteriberg, snowshoeing. Bike and hiking tours, as well as swimming in the indoor pool Unteriberg or the Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz, which can be reached from us in 30 minutes by car.

The apartment is located in a Villa constructed in 1902. It was completely renovated in 2012 and refurnished with loving attention to details. The apartment is ideal for small groups and families as well as for individuals. In total, there are four rooms which provide space for six people (two double-beds and one double sleeping-sofa). A gas grill is available for our guests for exclusive use. Free parking by the house. We care about the well-being of our guests. The light-flooded 1-room apartment is ideal for 1-2 adults or a family with 1 child and offers winter and summer outdoor activities right outside the front door. This beautiful apartment is just a 5-7 minute walk from the mountain railway. In addition, the reading café “Bsinti” and a grocery store are nearby, so you have everything you need right at hand.

Beautiful villa with lots of charm and space and wonderful views of the village and the mountains. The residential area couldn't be better. Quiet and exclusive, slightly elevated and parallel to the village road. Restaurants, shopping, cinema, public bath, everything within walking distance. The outdoor pool is heated from May to September and can be used depending on the weather.
