An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Very good connection to the A3, B49 and the ICE station Limburg Süd. Storage for bicycles/e-bikes (including charging facility).

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the house and can be reached via the central staircase. The purely residential area is located in a quiet location, but so centrally that the bus stop for the city bus can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Bad Camberg with the core city is 3 km away and can be easily reached on foot or by public city bus.   The non-smoking apartment is designed for two people. If necessary, a children's travel bed is available.

Our well-equipped self-catering holiday flat is in Langhecke, and looks over the valley which leads down to the Lahn river in Aumenau. The flat is ideal as a basis for trecking trips, canoe trips on the Lahn, (motor)bike tours or trail riding (ask us about keeping your horses nearby!). There's plenty of opportunity for activity in the fresh air of this interesting and peaceful countryside. Enjoy the calm and the nature here with us on the Schulberg!

Unsere Umgebung nehmen wir oft nur noch virtuell wahr. Wir haben uns entschlossen einen Rückzugsort in und mit der Natur zu schaffen. Nachhaltigkeit ist nicht nur ein Modewort. Sie bringt dich wieder in Einklang mit der Natur.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
