Holiday rentals with a patio in Breckland District

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

We needed somewhere to stay last minute and found this property which was perfect for our needs, the Host was also great and let us check in early. I would happily stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dormy House! Hugo was super responsive and friendly from first contact. The directions were easy to follow and very straightforward to access the property which is so delightful! We immediately felt at home in this spacious apartment set in an expansive private garden visited regularly by munjac deer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self-cater which indeed we did - enjoying the long evenings eating al fresco. We did several walks from the house along the coastal path and down to the incredible sandy beach. And we appreciated the availability of a nice bath to soak in too! Trips to RSPB Titchwell, Hunstanton, Walsingham and Blakeney - all within very easy reach. We can't comment on local eateries as we didn't sample them, but Ronaldo's Norfolk ice cream available from the beach shack is amazing! Thank you Hugo & Taya for allowing us to stay in this very special place!

We had a lovely stay at Stephen apartment it was very cosy and had lots of pots and pan in the kitchen for cooking and also salt and pepper the apartment warm warm and cosy and they even had Christmas decorations up so it felt like home would definitely book again if I was In the area

Paul and Elaine were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was comfortable and we slept very well on both evenings. The surroundings were beautiful and we were close enough to local amenities and attractions if travelling by car.

We have stayed in many Airbnb's in this country and abroad but this place in Tatterford was by far and wide the best we have ever had the pleasure of booking and staying in. Everything exceeded our expectations and we loved every minute we spent there.

We hired Ash Tree Barns as a short break for our extended family to celebrate an 80th birthday. It was perfect for our needs with plenty of space for everyone. The property was lovely and clean on our arrival and had everything we needed. We spent most of our time enjoying family catch-up time at the pool table, in the hot tub and in the gym. Even ‘Nanna’ had a go on the exercise bike! Jade was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any of our queries. A great host and a lovely venue. Thank you.

Stewart and Alaina’s annexe was perfect for a 2 night stay whilst we attended a local wedding. The annexe was clean, private and easy to find; and Stewart and Alaina were lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for a small group of friends. Clean rooms, comfy beds! Particularly love the garden and outdoor covered area. Would 100% recommend! Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

This beautiful house was our base for a weekend while we attended a Forest Live event...and I'm so glad we decided to make a weekend of it! The house was is in a central location - we could ignore the car for a few days after easily parking right outside the door! An early check-in was so helpful so we had time to get settled in before our Friday afternoon event. The house itself - so cosy and lovely....and spotlessly clean! It was a roasting hot weekend and Corinne had left excellent, quiet fans in the bedrooms, loads of ice in the freezer and cold water in the fridge, as well as some other tasty extras! The garden was perfect to sit in too, clean and tidy with comfortable furniture and a parasol to hide under! Inside was lovely and cool with it being an old building, and surprisingly sound proof to say it's such a central house. Corinne was so responsive , accommodating and thoughtful - thank you for helping us have a lovely time :)

Beautiful annexe stay. Was extremely comfortable. Sadly only for a 1 night, will definitely stay again. everything was immaculate, and well catered for. Gwyn was an excellent hoat and nothing too much trouble. In short Perfect for us!! 😊

Cannot praise Janet's beautiful home enough. It was absolutely wonderful. Everything you could possibly need is there. The house and courtyard/garden are immaculately kept, so peaceful and relaxing. The only downside...we didn't book long enough! It truely is a lovely place.

We had such a lovely stay. The flat is very clean, nicely decorated and the outdoor area is beautiful. The sauna was fab and we loved taking a dip in the water. Would definitely stay again!

This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment and we've really enjoyed both times. It is superbly located just off Cromer centre, so easy access to shops and restaurants, but also very quiet. The apartment is well appointed and spacious and feels very homely. Fran and David are responsive and friendly in their communication. Overall: excellent.

We had a lovely stay in this quiet little flat. It is in the heart of Cambridge easy walking distance to the shops and colleges but very peaceful at night.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is so central and walkable from all the great spots in Norwich.

This place is a gem. Everything was so wonderful, super clean, and the host was so responsive and helpful. As long as you have a car, this is a wonderful place. During the summer, the apartment can get very hot, so be mindful of the temperature during summer. I highly recommend this place!
