Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Summer apartment - with a view of the countryside

Spacious apartment, centrally located but quiet between the town center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. We live in the house with two lovely dogs. On site, we collect the obligatory visitor's tax in cash: persons over 16 years of age: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15): 1 euro per night.

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Willkommen in unserem, mit viel Liebe selbstgebauten, Tiny House. Wir hoffen, dass ihr euch genauso wohl fühlt, wie wir. Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.

Enjoy your vacation in the circus wagon on our property. In front of the circus wagon there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on your mood. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This is also within walking distance on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.
