From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you'll find cozy sleeping spaces. Experience our cosy Tiny House in Scharten, Upper Austria - ideal for 4 people + child. Perfect for bike tours and visits to the thermal baths, it offers a cosy tree house feeling. Relax in the wood-fired hot tub Family-friendly with toys for the little ones. Ideal for those who want to try out the Tiny House experience! Due to the hot summer, the grass has unfortunately not yet grown properly. But you can get to the door, the terrace and the bathtub without getting your feet wet.

Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.
