An open cozy corner on a raised platform invites you to relax. The stylish bathroom has a rain shower, toilet, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. The cozy living and dining area by the large panoramic window offers a wonderful view. The fully equipped kitchen offers coffee and tea as well as all the necessary equipment. A special highlight is the private wooden barrel sauna, which invites you to relax. The south-facing terrace with hammock and grill promises relaxing hours outdoors. We also offer a minibar, WiFi, satellite TV and optionally with daily breakfast service directly to your door.

Masaryk Apartment

A few steps from the historical center of Český Krumlov, in a well-maintained villa from the First Republic, we offer a spacious, sunny, newly renovated apartment for sleeping and relaxing. The villa is located in a quiet location and has its own parking space for residents. The apartment is located on the top floor and is stylishly furnished to satisfy demanding guests, but the interior also remains true to the original style. Do you want to have a good breakfast in the morning? For a small fee, we will arrange a PERFECT BREAKFAST in a cafe just around the corner!!

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

Our house is located at 900 meters above sea level right on the edge of the forest. At the house there is an 11 KW charging station (type 2) for electric vehicles (please reserve)

Ameisberger - Country house

The holiday flat in Landhaus Ameisberg in Mitternschlag has a wonderful view of the mountains. The accommodation consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a gallery with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a guest WC and thus offers space for 6 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi with a dedicated workstation for working from home, a washing machine, satellite TV, children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.
