Beachfront holiday rental in Brighton, Brighton and Hove

We absolutely loved our night in this apartment. The panoramic views over the sea are stunning. The living area is beautiful and really generously sized. The decor is lovely and it was really clean and well presented. We didn't want to leave!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Clair's cottage! It was cozy, yet spacious, and had everything we needed. Our toddler loved the backyard and it was great to be so close to the shore and to more amenities and shopping in central Worthing. Clair also made special care to welcome our dog with treats and a dog bed which she loved. We are so happy to have spent a few days at Clair's and hope to be back! Thank you again, Clair!

Spent a lovely and peaceful family weekend at Simone’s place. Upon arriving the Airbnb was very clean and tidy, looked just like the photos with some added personal touches in the kitchen (thank you). A lovely view over the beach which was so much calmer and peaceful in comparison to others beaches further along. 10 minute walk to the high street with some very nice independent shops. Simone was flexible on checkout which was great for us as we had nice weather the weekend we visited. 🙂 Would highly recommend, and I would definitely return!

Sarah's apartment was perfect, the location was great, flat was spotless and it was exactly as described. Lovely kind gesture of a bottle of prosecco when we checked in. Would absolutely recommend for a stay in Hove. We broke a plate and Sarah was super understanding. Thank you Sarah.

Fabulous place to stay, great location. Ellie was considerate of that it can get a bit noisy on a Friday night and left ear plugs for the front room for those sleeping in there which worked perfectly. Beautifully decorated and everything that we needed was there ☺️

We had a great stay at Xavier's place. The location was ideal. 25 min walk from the station, really close to the beach front, but also pubs & restaurants too. Xaviers communication was second to none. The kitchen was well stocked with every day essentials including milk, tea, coffee, oil, biscuits etc & the thoughtful bottle of prosecco was very much appreciated by me & my 3 friends ! Would certainly recommend. Thank you.

The host Julie is very polite, very friendly and very helpful with things to do around the area. The accommodation is exactly what is advertised and described. I would definitely recommend to anybody that asked about Julie's place, It was very peaceful and very relaxing, Loved it so much would definitely go back again if Julie was free to book.

Seaside HQ was a brilliant base for our first trip to Brighton! The flat is beautiful - even nicer in real life than in the photos and is spacious, clean and quiet. The nook is a really super bonus, it’s such gorgeous space to relax and unwind in. The location is excellent, we were able to walk to all of the places/areas we wanted to see and explore. There are shops and restaurants nearby to pick up supplies/get food - the pizza from Al Forno (3/4 min walk away) is delicious! Vikki was a terrific host, communication was super and every step of the process was really straightforward. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at your place. The bed was so comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The swimming pool was stunning and the lovely warm temperature made it very relaxing. It was everything we needed for a family break with kids. It was near Lidl and other useful shops. We didn't need to use the parks swimming pool because the beach was on the bus route and near by. Glynis was very helpful and friendly. Unlike other caravan holidays I've been on, this one was very generous in supplying towels, hand wash, loads of toilet roll and washing up liquid. Lots of board games for kids in drawers. Excellent.

We had a great stay in Louisa’s caravan. The location was great, right next to the swimming pool, restaurants and beach. The place had all we needed for a great week away and the weather was great too! Day trip to the beach at West wittering was great.

We had a great family meet up before Xmas. Although the weather was cold the place was great for a walk along the beach and being able to see the sea was great. Must be even better in the summer.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

We have had a magical week, both my girls didn’t want to leave and wanted to stay forever! The caravan/holiday home was beautiful, it was just perfect, it had everything you could think of and the basket of treats were such a lovely touch. We can’t wait to come and stay again! We have stayed at Doug’s place several times and always enjoy be there. We love the location as it is away from the noise and bustle of central Brighton but within a few minutes walk you can be in the centre. Also, there are lots of little restaurants and cafes just around the corner. This is not the bleak corporate let that you sometimes get, it is very individualistic and quirky and we feel right at home as soon as we arrive. Doug is very easy to deal with and always responsive. This would always be our first choice when going to Brighton.

Even though there was scaffolding surrounding the entire building for external painting work (out of the hosts control ) the flat was exactly as described and great value for money. It was spotlessly clean, great local recommendations brochure and we had a good nights sleep. The only slight downside was the communal area, which smelt of damp and looked very tired.. again out of the hosts control. The local area was great, very Brighton, a cool and vibrant neighbourhood . I felt very safe leaving my car parked up the top of the road (£7 for 4hrs which I timed to roll overnight ) and moved it to neighbouring streets over our 48 stay. The beach was literally at the end of the street and the Brighton Lanes were only a 17 min walk away along the seafront. My partner and I would recommend Charlottes place to everyone and we will definitely book again

Lovely clean place and very homely. It had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen - and the big gorgeous shower at the end of our 26 mile hike along the South Coast Path was an absolute godsend! Very friendly communication. We felt looked-after. Thank you so much.

Wow - the apartment was clean, comfy and had just about everything you could wish for! The food etc left for us was amazing too 😁 The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. It was so peaceful and relaxing we didn't want to leave! Wish we had booked for longer so we will definitely be back again soon 😁😁

We had a wonderful few nights here. My children (5&9) thought it was incredibly fancy! We loved the decor, and loved Stanley's book about the history! A perfect base, in fact the kids just wanted to keep going back to the house because they loved it so much. It felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay again, and have recommended to family already.

Booked to stay here as the location was ideal for a conference at the Metropole Double Tree Hilton hotel (30 seconds round the corner) and as a base to spend time on the beach and surrounding area. Easy to find and access the house with the instructions provided, helpful to have keyless entry so our family could come and go separately when needed. The interior was very stylishly furnished, plenty of space and very clean. Parking space was very helpful to have and EV charging in the car park under the square nearby was helpful. Lovely to have been provided with a pint of milk, tea and coffee and a bunch of flowers in a vase. Great place and helpful hosts, would definitely stay again, thanks.
