There's a private decked patio with shared use of the front garden. Brighton's chic shopping & vibrant nightlife is a 30 min stroll along the prom. Our welcome pack includes local Artisan bread, semi skimmed milk, butter, plus homemade jam & cakes. Car drivers also get a free 1 day visitor parking permit to help you settle in, and there is nearby EV charging.

Situated in the perfect location just moments from the beach this hidden oasis is surrounded by local cafes', restaurants, boutiques and bakeries; and is a short stroll into central Brighton. Enter the flat by a spiral staircase into a welcoming, warm and comfortable space. The flat has retro inspired furniture and furnishings throughout. The sitting/dining room is a warm blue with little pops of colour, and has a great view over the garden to relax and have breakfast with. The kitchen and bathroom have a quirky design, and are clean and fresh feeling, both have all the amenities that you need. The bedroom has one comfortable double bed, blackout curtains and lots of hanging space.

A unique home in the heart of the famous Lanes. Enjoy socialising in the open plan lounge/kitchen or relax in the oversized bath. A minute's stroll from the iconic Pavilion, the beach and the famous pier. The flat is also located directly opposite the legendary Quadrophenia Alley (if you know, you know). Please note, I share my home with two cats and a dog - we will vacate the property with all pets during your stay, however this may mean my home is not suitable for people with pet allergies.

You will also be just a few minutes walk from the Brighton Dome, Komedia, and walking distance from The Pier, Brighton Centre and i360.
