We loved the Sea Pig! Such a great location. Easy to get to and around by public transit and so close to everything Brighton has to offer. It's even closer to the water than it looks in the photos. The unit is smallish, but perfect for a couple and has everything you'll need including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Kemptown is a great, very walkable neighborhood with pubs, shops, cafes, and restaurants all within a short walk. MEO a few blocks away on St James's Street is a great spot for breakfast! Excellent communication with the hosts and access was a breeze. We would definitely stay at the Sea Pig again!

We had a lovely weekend stay in The Flint apartment, it was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and even better than the pictures. The apartment was in a great location to Brighton centre with everything within walking distance, we would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return in the future.

The flat is very well appointed and in a quiet residential street near Hove. Nice furnishings, comfortable bed and very well equipped kitchen. Bonuses include a minutes walk to a great espresso shop - roasting its own beans - a farmers market and any number of brilliant places to eat and drink. The apartment is near bus routes into town and the Hove end of the beach - two minutes walk away - is pretty quiet. All round, pretty darn good!

We had a great stay at Neil’s place! Neil was very accomodating and quick to reply. The place itself was great and within walking distance of most of Brighton. Bonus points for amazing water pressure in the shower 😄

Lovely, modern studio — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with comfy pillows and stylish touches like flowers and a beach-themed art piece above the bed. It felt peaceful and relaxing from the moment we walked in. The kitchen was a standout feature: fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, and even some cooking essentials. There's also a bar-style counter with chairs, perfect for enjoying breakfast or getting a bit of work done. A couple of things to note: the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, so be prepared to climb some stairs. Also, there's no AC, although a fan is provided. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It's a well-designed space, ideal for a short visit or even a longer stay if you're looking for a homey feel while traveling. I’d definitely come back!

We stayed in this apartment for one week. The location is very good, just few meters from the beach, you just need to cross the corniche road. Just on the opposite side of the building there is a nice Italian restaurant and a very nice bakery and a mini market. Walking distance is the Main Street on Hove, Church Street, where you can find many nice cafe and restaurants. Walking distance is also the High street where you can find MAMA MI, the best Italian restaurant, tratoria, in town👍 real Italian food😁 The apartment was as we saw it in the photos, clean and well maintained. Compare to other apartments we stayed in the past it is definitely the best, excellent location, clean and specious. Katrina is also excellent host, kind and responsive. We are already looking forward to go back on our next visit to our daughter. Thank you Katrina

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

I had a very comfortable stay at Wendy’s place. The flat is well situated and I walked into the centre of town a couple of times. Wendy’s flat looks exactly like the pictures, it’s a beautiful flat and very comfortable. Wendy is a very responsive and accommodating host and there is a helpful mini guide in the flat too. I would consider staying at Wendy’s place again, as I had a good experience.

Sarah's apartment was perfect, the location was great, flat was spotless and it was exactly as described. Lovely kind gesture of a bottle of prosecco when we checked in. Would absolutely recommend for a stay in Hove. We broke a plate and Sarah was super understanding. Thank you Sarah.

Brilliant stay thank you. Sophie is a wonderful host, friendly and communicative. The apartment is in a fantastic location and is really clean and comfortable. It has a great feel and a lovely view of the sea. Highly recommend Sophie’s place.

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Super close to the train station and about a 20min walk to the lane ways. The beds were super comfortable and all the spaces were very clean and tidy. Definitely felt like a little home to us.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

Natalie's apartment was amazing. very clean and in a great spot! the beds were so comfy and the kitchen was very fully stocked. the bathrooms and toilets were spotless and there were plenty of towels and toiletries. would be more than happy to stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Poonam's flat. The location is incredible, you turn the corner and are on the sea front! The flat itself is beautiful and there are many lovely local cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Poonam was always very quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely book again!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Close to the city centre. Short walk to various shops and restaurants and around a 25 minute walk to the beach. Clean and well equipped flat. Hosts were very proactive with check in information and responsive to any questions we had. My wife and I stayed for the Brighton marathon, the flat is located around a 10 minute walk from the start line - perfect. I would definitely stay again!

I have been at the flat with a friend to celebrate our 20 year anniversary of Brighton. What shall I say - the vibe of 2005 was still there, also due to the fabulous flat. Everything was as we expected it. Not to far away from the Centre of Brighton but qiet enough to sleep well. Clean, enough space for two to sleep separately. I recommend the admiral pub around the corner for the first or the last beer of the day. Thank you for your host. Highly recommendend!

Lovely flat with decor to suit the style of the building. Everything was very clean snd the beds were super comfortable. The area was quiet and we felt very safe. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to cater for ourselves. Communication was excellent and Catherine was very responsive to a query over a cot mattress which we couldn’t find. Would definitely stay again.

Quite simply one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Sharon’s place is super nice and lovely – and they incredibly helpful in pointing out where everything was. 1000% recommend. And it’s very close to everything!

Roland and Amy’s place is beautiful. It has a lovely homely vibe. It was right up our street. High ceilings, large windows and many original features. The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished with just the right amount of quirky. Some quality period furniture and an array of pictures and artefacts. There’s plenty of books and cds to choose from should you want to just chill. It was more spacious than I expected, being over 2 floors with the bedroom on the lower floor where French windows lead to a secluded patio area. Perfect for breakfast on a sunny morning and drinks on a warm evening. There’s a light and airy kitchen/dining/living area with absolutely everything you need. Roland and Amy had put fresh milk and butter in the fridge plus there were a few treats. The house is on a lovely tree lined street. It’s quiet but not far from the shops, restaurants and amenities. Roland and Amy were the perfect hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. We’ll definitely be back.

Comfortable ideally located accommodation, a short walk to the local attractions. Well equipped will everything needed for our short stay.
