great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

The house was great! Clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base. We visited Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, went whitewater rafting, and watched a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater and were able to return every night to the home. You can’t beat the central location. Thanks Andrew!

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

we enjoyed our time here. we paid late for earlier check in and didn't really get to check in early due to getting back to us but it all worked out. the lay out of this home is great for groups. there is plenty of room to spread out. we didn't use the outside space but it looked inviting. the pool table is definitely for kids. if you really play you will want to check out the pool hall near by. restaurants are within driving distance. we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Black Hawk. Everything worked as expected. At times it was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Very beautiful.

Great for a girls weekend! Split level house for those that want to go to bed or sing and laugh away Into the night. Everything was very clean and esthetic, will be a great place for the summer!

We really loved the home. Irina was great to communicate with and very responsive. Loved the coffee options and the attention to details, from the folding of towels to arranging the glasses and dishes perfectly in the cabinets. Our main issue was the fluctuation with the AC in the house. Upstairs (where the majority of the bedrooms are located) remained hot while the basement was freezing. Fans were provided and we opened the windows but it was still very warm upstairs. They have a smart thermostat on the home so I’m sure they have done everything they can to adjust the issue, but for some, including my husband if he had been with us, this would have been an even bigger issue.

Garrett’s place was clean and stocked up on essentials. It was very cozy there and a big backyard with a grill, hammock, and lots of seating areas. Garrett was extremely nice and provided clear instruction. I would definitely stay again!

Our stay at this home was absolutely delightful! The space was impeccably clean and exuded a warm, cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The living area featured comfortable couches perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.The amenities were exceptional—especially the hot tub and sauna, which provided the ultimate relaxation.The neighborhood was lovely, and the park just down the street was an unexpected gem. It was perfect for morning walks and enjoying the outdoors. The only minor note was that the main street leading to the house was a bit busier than anticipated for a residential area, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.Additionally, the thoughtful touches provided by the host truly enhanced our stay. From complimentary coffee and wine to a selection of snacks, these touches made us feel welcome and appreciated. Overall, this house offered everything we were looking for—comfort, relaxation, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would highly recommend it!!

Our stay here was wonderful, this is the most child friendly home with toys and books galore. My family really enjoyed staying here because it felt like home, we didn’t have to bring anything extra. The location was wonderful too, an awesome park across the street and everything was close by.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The house was easy to find and was close to stores and restaurants. The house was very clean and we felt right at home. Everyone said that their bed slept well. One especially enjoyed the electric tea kettle. Lorena is an awesome host. She is very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Jonathan's place was quiet, clean and exactly as described. he even had fresh flowers on the table to welcome us in at check in. he was very responsive to messages, extremely kind, thoughtful and accommodating. Lisa was very responsive and awesome host. The place was clean and very cool. it was minutes away from many great restaurants and open spaces to hike and run. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

This was an immaculate place to stay. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated and accommodations for 5 was perfect. The outdoor space was a bonus, as well as having a well stocked kitchen of spices for cooking. There was plenty of room to relax, read, and watch TV without feeling crowded. The master bedroom and rain shower was like a mini spa. I highly recommend this place, and would return with my family. The hosts were super responsive and reached out to see if we needed anything. Thank you again!

Christopher’s house was very beautiful and comfortable with a quiet neighborhood parks and running biking trails near by . The backyard was really nice and my son enjoyed all of the toys that were available inside and outside the home would highly recommend and will definitely be back

Beautiful community and even more beautiful home! Home was clean and tiddy. The home was full of natural lighting, which we loved! Easy access to garage to charge our EV. The beautiful monstera plant in the living room added the perfect touch for the homey feeling. Would definitely stay again!

This is an incredible house. We rented it during graduation weekend so our extended family could have a place to gather and stay and it definitely did not disappoint. From having a kitchen stocked with everything we could need to cook meals, to a beautiful patio equipped with a hot tub, to comfortable beds and two living rooms, we throughly enjoyed staying here. It’s exactly as described and even better. Our family commented what a great place it was. Highly recommend.

We traveled from California for a wedding and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Our group of eight had plenty of space, and everyone was comfortable. No complaints at all. Highly recommend this spot for larger groups seeking a comfortable and luxurious stay. We loved the hot tub and massage chair nice touches to an already beautiful home. Thanks again so much Dave!

This was a lovely place to stay while I was dealing with some appointments in Denver—everything was PRISTINE and tidy and I just didn’t have to think about anything regarding the house at all because it was just as I needed it to be. I also want to note that I’m super sensitive to perfumes and chemicals and did not react to the house at all which had no strong smells, and I really appreciated that!
