Townhouse holiday rentals in Broomfield

We had an excellent time and the property is ideally located within walking distance to so many good bars and restaurants in the rino district. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Denver. The host was extremely helpful and was extremely responsive to any questions, and gave us some great recommendations for local spots.

Such a beautiful place in a quite tucked away neighborhood. Janis was very responsive and helpful. Her home was the perfect spot for our family while we were in town for a wedding. Convenient location with easy access to the light rail and highway when going into Denver. Janis has done a great job of making the home comfortable, clean and well appointed. Would stay again and recommend to others!

What a beautiful home! We rented for the night instead of two hotel rooms for a concert at Empower. Everything was super clean, very well appointed and organized. Salimah clearly anticipates the needs of his guests, and he communicated quickly. We cooked in for dinner and breakfast and the kitchen has absolutely everything you’d need. Christie’s home is very clean, spacious (much bigger than it looks in the photos), quiet, and beautifully decorated. She was quickly responsive to our questions. We were very comfortable staying there. It is a very short drive to supermarkets and shopping.

Katie was a great host, check in instructions were sent well in advance and the townhouse having a garage was a bonus. Location was another huge plus, only 15-30 minutes from all the Denver attractions we visited. Our kids loved the upper loft area where they could play and our daughter loved the “princess bed” and she felt right at home, as did we. Only con would be the cleaning crew between stays left more to be desired as far as attention to detail but I don’t hold that against Katie and I think communication was prompt and that if any issues had arose during our stay, I’m confident that it would’ve been handled.

My friends and I had an excellent time at this Airbnb. The place was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. It was also super quiet and peaceful, which made it feel like a true retreat. The hosts were understanding and communicative, which made the whole experience even better. The location is great—close enough to downtown and Red Rocks to enjoy all the local attractions, but far enough to feel away from the hustle and bustle. Several of my friends mentioned they'd love to stay here again if the opportunity arises! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay with great hosts!

Staffs are super responsive. House is clean and easy to find. Check in/out was simple. Close to downtown and some of the attractions. Would definitely consider this place if I visit Denver again!!!

This house was spotless and didn’t have a “walk in smell” lol! The kitchen was very stocked with appliances , seasonings, cups! Washer and dryer with laundry detergent! Everyone communicated and responded to my inquiries. Made us feel like home, we had to check out early since our family in Denver wanted to take us to the mountains on our last day. I highly recommend this place. We enjoyed staying here five stars all across the board!!!

Great modern layout. Very nice area. Enjoyed our stay.

The condo was furnished nicely and was very clean. Loved that Blessed had a full size crib for my infant! We needed some wine glasses and she was quick to bring some over. Plenty of towels, linens and toilet paper. We will stay here again!

Great quiet gem close to downtown. We were in for baseball games and a concert at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre and found the location to be easy to get to all of our events with ease. Easily found parking on the street and used the W-Line rail to the baseball stadium downtown (drove down a few blocks and parked and took the light rail). Loved how quiet it was. Well appointed with everthing to make breakfast in the A.M. and for cocktails in the evening. Beds were very comfortable. Only regret was that we weren't able to take advantage of the rooftop deck as we were so busy with baseball games and a concert in the evenings, we only had one night available and it rained. Will definitely stay again during football stadium as it is so close and easy to access via the W-line.
