Overall, our stay was terrific. The property was exactly as described and in a perfect location for our needs. There was a minor issue upon arrival, but our host addressed it right away in a professional and friendly manner, and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you and see you next time!

The place is tiny as it was advertised but there is everything there one needs. It’s the cutest little place and owners Ruth and Jonah are super nice. Location , perfect to walk downtown to restaurants and the amazing farmers market.

Joseph's place was very nice. It was pretty spacious, clean, and was cool while it was hot outside. I think my only criticism was a couple of loud bangs over the bedroom early in the morning, but it wasn't a pattern and is not unusual for a basement unit. They are very friendly and responsive in messages. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again in the future.

We have stayed at many Airbnb across the globe, and this will be the most memorable. Partly due to the amazing guest suite and certainly because of the hosts, Billy and Lynn. The guest suite had a fully stocked kitchen, unlike any other stay we have booked. It had everything. The living area was big and spacious, with room for inflatable mattress. Bedroom and all the linens were perfect. The outside area is unreal. You can literally walk out the backdoor and be in open space with walking/biking trail in 5 min or to the Apex rec center with 3 pools, gym, ice rink and more in 3 min. The property is huge and private. If your looking for walking distance bars/restuarants and in the city mix, this is not the place. But if your looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, hosts that are good people and always there to help when needed, then take a look it. We highly recommend the place and certainly will book again.

Beth and Donevon’s place was very comfortable and exactly like described and pictured. Great location, close to Denver, Golden and Boulder. They were extremely responsive and gave very clear instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay and would gladly stay here again. You have access to what I’ve always called a “mud room” that leads downstairs to your private basement. It feels super cozy and the hosts were fantastic. Lovely stay.

Our stay here was very comfortable, roomy, and private. Similar listings are hard to come by within the same price range and other amenities. Location was actually perfect for us being in between red rock amphitheater and downtown Denver. Being underneath their main home was really quiet on the contrary to what you would imagine if you were living below someone in an apartment. Let alone the neighborhood they stay in which was just the same. They really did do an amazing job planning out the layout for guest to stay in, there’s pretty much everything you need and more.

Himanshu and Priyanka are great hosts, they are super responsive and also accommodated our additional requests. The place is private and well maintained. They have 2 adorable dogs, which are very friendly. This place is lil far away from city, but pretty close to airport. Overall, we had wonderful stay here!

Truly an amazing air bnb. The hot tub and the dry sauna really made it a 5 star experience. Their local recommendations were spot on; we hiked Roxborough state park about 40 min based on their guide book and it was magical. Perfect spot for a couple or family

Rachel and Noah were great hosts! They gave clear instructions, were very responsive, and had great recommendations. The listing is bigger than expected and the yard space was perfect! I would recommend this listing and save it for future visits if needed. Great Job!!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay! The house was clean and comfortable, and having driveway parking was definitely a plus. It was a bit tricky to find the place in the dark during check-in, so arriving in daylight might be easier. Just a heads-up -- there’s a dog in the main house you can sometimes hear at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive. Would recommend for a quiet getaway!

Gretchen and Chris were fantastic hosts while we explored the Denver area! The Airbnb was wonderfully comfy, clean, and provided ample amenities to recoup after a busy day of exploring. We appreciated how close it was to the heart of Denver, and that they offered us some fantastic food recommendations. We truly felt at home here— we would come back!

My friend and I had an amazing girls trip! This was in a very cute and safe place/neighborhood. All instructions were given perfectly to get into the unit. Everything you need and more is here for you. The unit is very clean with plenty of room. The vibe is awesome! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend, Thank you ✌️🫶

Great place to stay, Marcia was very kind and warm in all in interactions. She made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible, including expected weather conditions before my arrival. As well as notice of road construction in the area of the home accommodating me driveway parking for extra convenience. I will stay here again while visiting my son that lives in the area. Do NOT hesitate to book this air bnb! Great host, great space to use as your home base when in Denver. In addition, 5 min away is a hip little neighborhood with great restaurants with offerings for morning coffee to dinner. Space well cared for, immaculate, well thought out details and wonderful responsive host. Honestly, do not hesitate to book!

We loved our stay here! I could’ve sat and looked out the windows all day- the view was amazing! Keith was very friendly and responsive to any and everything. We felt so comfortable there and are already planning the next stay! 10/10!

check in was straight forward and simple. I had a possible need to check in a few hours early and Eric was very accommodating. located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Plenty of the necessities like grocery stores nearby. All in all, a nice stay. would book again

This location was absolutely gorgeous! It was hard to tell where the actual entrance was because it was around the back, but besides that it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely considering coming back again soon!

Had an amazing stay at Kathy’s and would highly recommend her guest suite to anyone in the Boulder/Denver area. I felt right at home and the personal touches were an extra nice gesture.

AnneMarie and Ivan's place was perfect for us. The entryway was convenient for storing our bikes and equipment. Access to the running/biking trails was right out the door. We loved walking into downtown Niwot for coffee and food. The location was convenient for getting into Boulder and Niwot. The living space was very clean, bright and spacious. The dog barked at times but was never a nuisance. Overall, it was a great stay.

This place was perfect for our stay. Some of the highlights for me were: The bed is so comfortable it’s hard to get out of. The pillows were perfect for the bed and also very comfortable. The shower is probably the largest shower we have ever used! It was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet and sitting in the backyard was so peaceful! ☺️

Sally is a great host! Her place is clean, well organized and has everything you need. We will be staying at Sally’s place again!
