Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Broughty Ferry

Lovely cottage,nice and clean ,enclosed garden for our dog ,excellent position for walking into Anstruther Linda was very welcoming would definitely visit again

The place is absolutely gorgeous and has stunning views of the ocean. the area doesn't have many restaurants and public transportation is not convenient in case you plan on commuting to Edinburgh city center however the cozy interiors make up for this. goodies, snacks, and basic pantry items were provided as well as nearby restaurant pamphlets which made the stay comfortable. Allison was very helpful with providing information about the location and helping out with any problems we had. keep in mind that taxis and Ubers are slightly difficult to order because not many drivers are willing to come to the location. All things considered, it's a great place to stay for a vacation and the stunning views and beaches make up for the transportation inconveniences :)

Words to describe the location and stunning house are difficult to find. The simplicity of the fishing village and its quaint features are utterly charming and so peaceful. We met so many friendly locals and made full use of the crab and lobster catch which is a speciality of the area. Loren is the most welcoming, caring of hosts and it was a joy to meet her and some of her family. We will definitely return to this idyllic place which we have truly fallen in love with.

Lorna’s place is great, everything you need and a great host. The location is brilliant just a 15 minute walk up to town. All in all perfect would definitely stay here again.

Nadine’s place is a beautiful newly renovated house in walking distance from central St Andrews. Everything was incredibly clean and tidy, you can’t fault it! Would definitely stay again

Everything you needed for a stay. Road is noisy but knew this when booking. WiFi wasn’t great - didn’t bother me but had to put up with a teenager moaning . Again didn’t bother me but found it misleading that the wood burning stove is mentioned in the description before booking for ‘those cooler evenings ‘. And then once booked informed that it is decorative and not to be used. Perhaps update the listing for the property for others

This place is like a 5 star Hotel. Immaculate inside and every bed was given a big thumbs up by the family who all sept well. We had some milk, grapes and a scottish treat waiting for us on arrival and was shown around by the agency who looks after the property. Its was easy and everything was explained in detail. The view across the Tay is to die for and the sun shone for our visit. This house feels like a family home as soon as you walk in yet a fraction of the price for 4 rooms at a hotel. Highly recommend this place and if we come back to Scotland we will be checking this house out to stay. Its a real Gem of a find.

Clover Cottage was absolutely magical. The house is private, nestled in gorgeous Scottish countryside, perfect for long walks with the dogs and really, truly escaping. The house was incredibly cozy, and we loved the hot tub. The nearest shops are a bit of a drive, but we just stocked up and nestled in. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and quiet!

The flat was beautiful and exactly as described. It had everything we needed and was super clean and tidy. The instructions for check in and out were very clear, absolutely no complaints at all!

lovely cottage for 2 people, the location in North street is perfect with free parking outside. The cottage is really well equipped including ironing board and iron...really useful as we were going to a wedding locally. Everything you would want in the kitchen too although we didnt coo as thete are so many lovely restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Would highly recommend this cottage and Gary was a great host checking in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was OK.

We immediately felt at home at Kevin's place. We love the Edwardian style. The flat is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. It was lovely to open the back door to the garden and watch the pigeon that's nesting in the tree close to the house.

We had a great long weekend at Dr Kennedy's Waiting Room. The apartment is beautifully presented and equipped with everything we needed, exactly as described. It's easy to find, plenty of parking space, though care is needed getting out onto the road. It's just 5 minutes from the harbour and Pittenweem is a lovely little harbour village. It's one of a number of wonderful places on that coast, with St Monan's 5 minutes drive to the west and Anstruther, the largest of them, 5 mins to the East. St. Andrews is 20 minutes away. We had fish and chips from the Chip Ahoy (we would recommend this over the queues at the Anstruther Fish Bar - food is fine but not so much that it is worth the wait when there are plenty of other options), and a great lunch at the Dory Bistro. Sam was excellent at communicating, super quick to respond and made sure we had all the information we needed and that everything was as it should be. We can recommend without hesitation or reservation.

Little Rosslyn is a lovely place to stay. Just like the pictures. with space to sif outside too. We really enjoyed our stay and the info folder was very helpful and easy confsct with Emma. Situated in a lovely village with local amenities, we would stay here again, oh and the fact you can bring your dog is great too.

Elaine's house is adorable, with a personality of its own. Everything is clean and nice, you feel good right away in this house. Elaine is welcoming and responsive. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. The little extra, the COOP store 300m away, open 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.…. Very convenient…

Pauline is a wonderful host, and her accommodation is fantastic—quiet, beautifully furnished, super cozy, meticulously maintained, simply wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay: a beautiful spot by the sea for walks and relaxing hours. Thank you so much! I'd love to come back.

Allison’s place was exactly as described in the advertisement. It was very easy to walk to Market St, North St and South St. it was a pleasant walk to the Olde Course and all the great restaurants. I recommend Allison’s Airbnb without reservation

Gail's place was perfect for our trip to St. Andrews. It was easy to find with her instructions and in a very walkable area. The apartment was sparkling clean, had modern upgrades, and was very comfortable. We would definitely return on another trip back!

Karen's place is lovely. It was spotlessly clean and bright with lots of extras to make our stay comfortable; toiletries, extra blankets, nibbles and a good choice of reading material. A beautiful vase of fresh roses were really welcoming and much appreciated. It's a fantastic base to explore the East Neuk. That was our second visit to Karen's place and we might just come again sometime. Thanks Karen.

Wonderful place, so peaceful and fantastic large garden to wander in. Great hosts who were lovely and helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches in the flat that made it really welcoming and special.

Ann was the perfect host, really communicative and friendly in all her messages. The accommodation was superb, fantastic open plan living space which was great for family all being together for New Year. This was a lovely apartment with a balcony providing outdoor space and fantastic views of the harbour. Elspeth left milk, biscuits etc and the little extras ie toiletries and local information made us feel very welcome. Excellent communication throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again. We had a fantastic stay. The place had a great artistic feel but however it had every practical need.The kitchen was very well equipped. Also the hosts included lovely wee touches,milk,fruit and biscuits for our arrival which was quite late so we enjoyed a cup of tea!Nice treats for our wee dog too! It had a very central location which made it easy to get to the shops in Cupar.Also the hosts had an excellent guide book with good recommendations for food and trios out and about.Ladybank woods were great for dog walkers! We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend this lovely property with very helpful hosts!
